Went here last night 11/18/22 at around 7:15 pm. There was three employees inside that I could visibly see. No one ever came... over the speaker to take my order or even say they were closed. This is honestly one of the worst fast food locations I haveever attempted to do business with. They are never open when they say they are. They?re paying people to stand around inside andrefuse to help customers. At this point I?m not sure why this restaurant has not just closed. It seems like at least half thetime I attempt to eat here they are not open or are not taking orders. Read more

I can?t even begging to count on my two hands how many times I have tried to go to my local jack for food and been told ?we... aren?t open due to short staff? I?ve personally worked for this location when I was in high school and not once did we ever shutdown due to being short staff. They aren?t even 24/7 and now service is nonexistent, why are they even open anymore? When askedto talk to store manager I?m told they are on vacation but yet their store is short staff. Had Dinner here on 7-2-2022. Food was great! This place is VERY clean. The manager on duty was training all employees. Not sure... if all the employees were new or not. She was matter in fact with everything she was saying. She never raised her voice once,even when she correcting her staff. Her style was what I was taught in the ?70?s?. All the employees were young, teens and20?s. I hope Jack in the box realizes what a gem of an employee they have at this location!! Read more
