This location is always on point, fast and delicious. I always order from the app on my way and it is always ready.
We ordered food and they made it incorrectly so we called them, they made the order again and again made it incorrectly. So... check your order before you leave the drive through they have done this to us more than once. Read more

Popped into the Blue Springs store today and was disappointed. The tomatoes on one side of the sandwich were hard and green, the... other side had one edible tomato, the cucumbers were limp and gross, inedible. There was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and itwas dry and flavorless. It was a sad day for me, it had been way too long since I had a Jimmy Johns sandwich because thedelivery areas are so small, it may be a while before will try it again. If there is a way to upload a pic of the sandwich Iwill do so. Can I also ask why I had to bag my own sandwich? Seems to me grabbing the bags and the napkins would breech any typeof Covid protocols you would need to have in place, but I could be wrong. Read more
Didn't offer receipt or cut my sandwich in half as requested. Only issues, food tasted just fine and filled us up.
