Waited to be helped in drive thru after two people went by me in other lane. Was tald at window to go around and wait for my two... frappes. Waited 15 minutes from time of order. Went in and asked for money back and my frappes. Got money back and was told theycould not give me both money and frappes. I said you have wasted my time and I still don't have the drinks. After 20 min finallygot our drinks and could get to where we were headed. Read more
I guess they close the dining area whenever they want. I was halfway in the door when I saw that the employees were frantically... waving their arms and mouthing NO! NO! NO! From reading the other reviews, I see that they have left a bad taste in a lot ofpeople's mouths so to speak. Read more
Quite literally the slowest McDonald?s on earth. Sat in the drive thru lane for 45+ minutes!!! So frustrating when I purposely... selected a fast food restaurant for our busy evening and could have just went to an actual restaurant in that time frame. Read more
I?ve been in this line for 20 mins. Super slow, and doesn?t seem like there?s an effort to make it faster. I got here at 1:40 pm... and got my food at 2:00. And the first window worker was petting a customers dog through the window. Read more
First I talk to not a real person repeat my self 3x then I talk to a real person all that gets rung is a pop it gets "fixed" at... the window I pay I go to get my food it got fixed to not a meal so she tells me I can add the fries on which would mean payingfull price instead of a meal price. So instead here I am with out fries and full of disappointment because they care 0% aboutlistening or guest service. Read more
Worst McDonald?s to ever exist. They hire special needs kids who can?t read an order screen. They mess my order up almost every... single time but it show?s correct on the screen. Just shut this place down because nobody knows how to clearly read. Past 10times I?ve been 8 of the times have been wrong. My mcchicken has a sticker that says no lettuce or Mayo and they put both on it. Read more

Waited forever in the drive through, to be rushed through the pay window and asked to pay for the wrong order. Get to the drive... through window and are quickly told to pull around to the curbside ordering. 25 minutes goes by and still no food. 30 minuteslater, a nice girl brings our McChicken, but no drink. She just keeps saying "daaannnng, I can't believe you didn't get adrink". So my husband went inside to get our tea. Well over 40 minutes for a McChicken and tea... Not impressed and not a singleworker seemed to be concerned by the wait. Read more
