Okay so i?m 9 months pregnant and all i?ve been wanting is mcdonald?s breakfast. Two days they get my order wrong. IN A ROW.... Yesterday my boyfriend went came back, only wanted sausage and cheese mcgriddle I got a cheese and egg mcgriddle. Today, samething and got a sausage and cheese biscuit got a mcmuffin and breakfast burritos . Literally both opposite. Least to say thispregnant lady isn?t happy. ???????????????? Read more
The voice over system is so polite to order with. Does not like substitutions. You lady at the window blond hair yellow shirt... with the nose ring was very polite. Although she did make us park by the trash can for our food. The dark haired girl with thecrazy makeup and piercings was not very nice. Service from point A to B was fast I must say. Also the order was right the firsttime. Unlike our McDonald's in our hometown of Higginsville. Read more
I just took my 5 year old daughter there tonight to grab a quick happy meal. A gentlemen came in and ordered the same time as I... did and by time she was done eating he still didn?t get his food. Mind you there was no one else in the lobby and very few carsor if any in the drive thru. The amount of cussing and screaming I heard from the staff was appalling. The staff members were ontheir cell phones in front of customers while being behind the counter and then touching food. I understand this is fast food.But it?s also a family place where kids frequent and the type of behavior these employees displayed is completely unacceptable. Read more

Overpaid on someone else?s order. When the error was caught by the girl at food window the employees were acting like I was the... one that made the error. They didn?t communicate what was being done, they just walked away. I waited five minutes with noupdate. I had to leave to avoid being late. The girl at the window just said ? whatever, bye!? This is literally my 3rd timevisiting and each time there is some sort of mess up. I didn?t say anything before because things happen. Since all everyone does when leaving a review on Google is complain and be negative, I?ll be the one to be positive. We went... through the drive-thru tonight and our chicken nuggets were hot, crispy, and delicious. The order-taker at the speaker was verykind and got our entire order correct. The woman at the window, handing us our food and drinks, was also kind, asking us if we?dlike a drink tray for our food and drinks. Seriously people, you all tell fast-food workers that they need to do better for theamount of money they make (which genuinely is still not a livable wage and not worth the price of getting screamed at andharassed by customers), and you never think how your actions effect these guys. I know mistakes happen, and they can befrustrating at times, but remember to always be kind and think before you react and speak. McDonald's what can one say, most people are familiar. Decent food. Satisfied with food, cleanliness and parking; except the one... issue mentioned that has happened two(2) times when coming to the restaurant.
