Unfriendly service, didn't speak a word to me at either window, food was cold, and had to wait over 15 minutes for the cold... food. Cheaper food and top notch service at Whataburger and never wait more than 3 to 5 minutes. It's a shame this McDonald'sis nextdoor and I'll drive 3 miles for better. Read more

The worst McDonald's ever. Everytime I go there it's always an issue. Today I order a happy meal and a few other things and a... frappe. The person at the first window added extra stuff to the other that I never asked for them I get my food and the friesare extremely cold ask for fresh fries the workers seem to play around in there and they gave me some more cold fries askedagain for fresh fries they told me to pull forward took 8 mins to bring out fresh fries once I got home my son opens up hisHappy meal and the apple "slices" weren't apple slices it's a half of an apple that's been opened. Idk who runs this store on Sunday and Monday evenings but they need some training so they can train employees as well. Second... night in row had experience bad customer service at this location. And please tell me who someone serves food looking like thisand say oh yeah that box is messed up instead of getting a new box.. Read more

Took 25 min to order food and in line 25 min to get order. Order was wrong. Girls bringing food to cars and orders all wrong. ... Then my food was cold. Asked for hot fries. Got them. $39 for bad service and cold food to go. Asked for my receipt back and shesaid she lost it so there you are!! Read more

2nd time there. Took so long first time we left. This time was just the same but we waited. I don't understand because we had to... pull up and there were no other cars so I'm unsure of what takes so long. When the food was brought out I immediately opened itknowing it would be wrong after taking so long and it was. I don't know what's going on at this joint. Read more

This place is one of the worst McDonald's I have encountered. I ordered first a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon... mayo only and received a single quarter with mayo no bacon. Then I ordered 2 number 2 bs and was given 2 number 4 c combos. Thenthey gave me the quarter with bacon and cheese but did not make it only mayo. 3rd time messing the order up. I'm om break andnow am late back for break and have not eaten.... Not sure what's going on but this place has staffing issues as well as issueswith getting the order right. I will not be coming back here again in the near future. Read more

This location is trying a new automated ordering system. Menu isn?t displaying so I can?t see what to order. I state my issue... and the system keeps repeating ?is that all you want to order?? When pull up to the window to get my order that I really didn?twant because I had no menu to go by, I?m greeted with a monotone ?can you pull around your order is it ready?? Manager was absolutely killing her job. (In a good way) seemed the odds weren't in her favor with how short tempered and minded... everyone else was in the store. Employees and customers alike. Three stars just because it's suppose to be fast food. Betweenthe million Door dashes and amount of intellectual hiccups nothing about the visit was fast. Also I'm not sure why I went toMcDonald's. Therefore I'm upset with myself. They do like clean hands too! Read more
