Sat in line for over 15 minutes no vehicles there pulled up to the window and blew my horn and then some very overweight person... that should have no reason working there comes to the window and says she couldn't hear nothing that's happened like five timesin the last 3 weeks so I don't recommend going there this place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to eating places forfast food across the street is a new Whataburger found out they're pretty damn good excellent service quick to react healthypeople working there Read more
The absolute longest wait times at any McDonald?s. Even when the lobby is open, as a dasher or customer you will experience long... wait times for someone to come to the front counter/ register. When lobby is closed the drive thru line is incredibly slow whichcauses a major inconvenience to door dash drivers who?s wages depend on making orders in a timely fashion. I understand that going to McDonalds at 3:50am is a rough time but all I wanted was some cookies after I got off work. I've worked in fast food before, and I can understand a lot of things; however, I cannot understand why I sat in a drive thru... window for so long and then received cold food. I contacted both the night manager and day manager and neither seemed to care. So if my business there doesn't matter to them, don't expect my business back. This drive thru is always fast, lines be long, but they do a great job at keeping them moving.
