Ordered through door dash, dasher arrived promptly at restaurant. Waited 15 min for order of Footlong combo with tots & drink.... Drink was left off of order. Dasher kindly went back for drink, and dasher stated they threw a messy half filled drink out toher through the window. Totally absurd service!! Especially how much was spent on the meal. I will not be back to this location,as this is the 2nd time I have had to wait 15+min for my meal and had poor service/food. Read more
Great. They had staffing issues late at night (no cook) but my order was made in a reasonable amount of time and was offered a... free drink for my wait. Great service and staff even with staffing issues. Would give it 6 stars if it was an option Read more

The food that I order was old and hard as a rock. We didn?t get everything we ordered and when I called to complain about my... order the manager completely ignored me and set the phone down while I was still on the phone. Not the best sonic in town, but usually doing their best with such limited resources. Lately there is a new trend where the... cheese is in the bottom of the cheeseburger, and the toppings are always on top. I didn?t think it would matter, but it doeschange the cheeseburger enough that I want to go to a different restaurant. Read more

This sonic has really gone down hill. Sat at the stall after pressing the button for 5 minutes with no answer. When through the... drive thru. Took a long time to get our food, missing tater tots for one order, no honey mustard, and my sandwich had half a jarof Hellman's on it and I don't even like mayo. The woman at the window was rude and customer service here was trash. Not goingback and I don't advise anyone else go here either. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews but we showed up at 11:40 & they answered by saying they were in the process of closing. (They... don?t close until midnight?). Asked for small blasts & they had already cleaned the ice cream machine and wouldn?t make any.Asked for mozzarella sticks instead & they said they already cleaned the fryer and wouldn?t do those. FINALLY asked for chilicheese fries and they said they could do fries but wasn?t gonna warm up cheese or chili. Sorry, but that?s pure laziness. Youdon?t stop serving everything 30 minutes before you close because you want to leave right at midnight, especially when it?s ONEmenu item. ??????????? Read more
