So done with this Sonic. Ordered a beef hotdog no onions no ketchup light in relish & mustard. Bun was hard as a rock hotdog... looked like it was cooked a month ago. Disgusting! Cook was eating food while on the line, another was blowing her nose, diggin in her ear and scratching her scalp... right by where food is prepared and didnt wash her hands and then started making shakes. Read more

I usually don?t leave reviews but the last few times I?ve gone here it?s been horrible. I went a couple days ago and ordered a... cookie dough blast and received a cookie dough blast with a but load of either stale Reese?s or Pecans (it was so bad I couldn?ttell and just threw it away) I also ordered a breakfast burrito and the tortilla was stale. Today I decided to give it anothertry and got the grilled double cheese burger made plain and a small coke float. I got home and looked to see I had a singlesmall regular burger with pickles, and my float tasted real weird so I started looking around in it and there was some weirdblack stuff in the middle and dark red stuff at the bottom. The chicken strips meal are not near as good as in the past. They are thin pieces of meat and my order was overcooked. I could... not eat them. Also, no gravy for dipping. I'll still get my drinks there but the quality in food has gone down. Read more

The food was okay. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. I was the 2nd car in line at the drive thru. It took over 5 minutes.... Waiting at the window took another 10 minutes. The car in front of me finally got their order. A drink. That's it. I just cannotcomprehend why your service is so slow? After being as clear and polite as possible I got a completely different order (possibly the customer in front of me because he... mentioned corndogs and they gave me some when I ordered a burger combo??) and I don't have time to go back and fix theirmistakes, got more food than I ordered and had to overpay twice as much for an employees mistake... Time is money and this storehas wasted both. Check your receipt and food before you leave because I got a completely different meal.... and when you orderdon't use their number combo system because the employees don't understand it.
