Posting after multiple visits and hoping for improvements but unfortunately never happened. Service is extremely slow, order is... always wrong in some way, and fried foods are never hot and fresh. We will definitely be driving the extra 2 miles to theCoronado location from now on. Sonic is a decent franchise but this location is not worth your time or money. Read more

Every time we come to this store in particular I order ahead and still wait 10-20 mins for just 4 drinks. I worked for this... franchise for 10 years and understand that things can get busy and the team fall behind. But when there are only 5 other carsand two carhops outside on thier phone it?s just unacceptable. Btw your drink order is to be out in 1 min 30 seconds and yourfood 3 mins 30 seconds unless it?s chicken because it is cooked fresh to order?the manager told me it?s 4 and out the door? Read more

We often order sonic drinks at our workplace to reinforce our employees. We understand that we usually give them a big order and... we are patient, but it will take sometimes 30 minutes for our drinks only order to be ready. This is so disgusting. The tater tot container is so drenched in grease that it is falling apart. Almost as if they just dipped... the container in the oil to get out the tots ( obviously I know that didn?t happen ). You have to let fried things drain a bitfor those who didn?t know. The tater tots weren?t even close to being done. I really wouldn?t of even cared but I couldn?t evenseparate them to put them in my air fryer. Read more

We ordered 2 number 1?s, NO cheese, extra onion. We received 1 double bacon burger covered in cheese, one burger in something... like Texas toast, covered in cheese. When we ordered, the girl asked us if we said NO cheese and we said that is correct. Iknow they seem to be short on help but this was a BIG miss. The rest was correct?tot?s, fries, drinks! This isn?t the firsttime this has happened. I think we may need to drive on down 7 Hwy. to another location! Read more

Very unprofessional staff! I frequent this Blue Springs location on N. 7 Hwy often and it has gone down hill a lot over the past... few months. I got onion rings that were completely black, drove back up to the restaurant to return them so the manager couldsee what garbage was going out of her drive thru. Over the speaker, she (Victoria) said pull up to the window, and the girl atthe window simply stuck a bag out with new onion rings. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", offer of a drink or coupon -Nothing - Ridiculous!! Read more

This location is always terrible , its like they hire people just to have the place open . Its been almost six months sinve... lastime we went there so you figure it would be better...nope our food was cold and gross again. Which is sad because sonic useto be one of my favorite places to go, the food is never fresh, the service us terrible, if I had my choice they would shut downand start over new management and employees. Another waste of $35. its not just 7 hwy location and they all seem poorly ran andhorribly staffed. Read more
