I came into the establishment on July 12 around 8:15 there was a young man behind the counter he looked like a student he was... making sandwiches so I just stood there he didn't greet me or anything so I tried not to take it personally because he was busyhe was making this particular sandwich and I ask is that steak "he said yea why " I said I wasn't sure what I was going to getso he didn't say anything else just went back to making sandwiches like I wasn't even there not a just a minute or nothing soI asked was I supposed to call my order in or something he said this is an online order so another man came out went over tothe register and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME went and just started helping the young man with the other sandwiches so I walkedout and said you need to learn some customer service never even spoke to me and I am a black female and they are white men andwhere we are it's predominantly white and this is one of the worst customer service I've experienced in a while I see why theyonly have 3 stars and I will be calling cooperate on them this is unacceptable!!! Ordered via the app and my sandwich was not even made correctly. It wasn't toasted as I requested it to be and it had a total of... 2 banana peppers on a footlong sandwich. To make matters worse my boyfriends sandwich had a big long hair in it. Absolutelydisgusting and so disappointed. Will NOT be returning to this location. Will reporting to the health department???? Never fails. Subway is the scummiest of sub places. They are out of turkey, but won?t let you sub a different meat on one of... their classic subs. Why? Just plain difficult. Also the man with glasses working was arrogant and unprofessional. He was alsobeing very rude to the Muslim lady ordering in front of me and she was simply trying to be friendly. I came into this store tonight which the food was okay & service was ok. After I drank almost all of my drink after I got home... with our food, I took my cup lid off to eat my ice & found this mixed in with the ice. I used my straw to bring it up out of thecup & placed it on a Kleenex. I enlarged my phone picture to 4X to try & see what it is. I have no idea what it is. It grossedme the freak out knowing this disgusting thing was in my drink. I think the restaurant needs to clean out their ice machine &soda dispensers every day. I WILL NOT go back to that store ever again. I am disgusted by this. I hope I don't get sick fromwhatever it is. Just plain nasty. Read more
