Food is ok, but how do you run out of bread and cheese at a sandwich shop? And not just "the bread is in the oven," I mean "we... are out of bread dough can we make you a wrap or salad?" Ridiculous. We left. The next time I went, the 2 kids behind thecounter were not wearing their masks over their mouths and noses. One (the little blonde girl with an attitude problem) even hadit off, breathing all over the food. Both looked about 12 years old, a male and a blonde female. I texted someone to let themknow we were not eating there and turned around and left. The girl literally chased me down to say I can't take pictures ofthem, even though I had not. Paranoid much? Seriously though, do your job the way you are supposed to and follow all the healthregulations and you wouldn't have to worry about the possibility of someone taking photos in a public place. This place needs abetter manager to handle ordering and training and needs to fire the kids who have attitudes and think that rules don't apply ifthe boss is not present. Read more
I walk in around 8pm two young guys "working" lol they look at me and say nothing. Then when they do help me there out of... meatballs,now we all know all you have to do is warm them up. They did not have the made drinks waters, teas,other. I did placemy order and everything I ordered was fine so I gave two stars. Read more
Pleased order on app and received wrong sandwich and other sandwich was missing bacon. Called them and they said they could... only refund or fix it same day. I placed the order on line to safe time because I have other things to do not to go back thereto get the money back. Very frustrated she said they were super busy today so I guess that means they don't have to payattention to the orders. I guess I'll go to one of the other subways next time. Just bad service! The employees where great. They made it a good visit until I got my sandwich. It didn't look good, I didn't see any meat or... veggies. Not happy with it. Again employee where great. I give them 4 stars but sandwich maybe 1 star. Need better/moreportions. Read more
