Slow service. Even when the parking lot is empty and there are no cars in the drive thru. The default phrase is?. I?ll be with... you in just a moment?. Who knows what on earth is going on during that time. I?m disappointed that this Blue Springs restauranthas so many negative reviews, and nothing seems to change. Worst experience I've ever had at a subway, I've spent quite a lot of time at a local subway as I had a family member that... worked for subway. Charged me $16 for a protein bowl, chips, and a drink, which is corporate issue in my opinion, but 2employees were working, one was walking around doing nothing, being a lazy, while the other was helping customers with a lineout the door. The other one that wasn't helping customers in the store was asked to help check me out. I knew this was going togo south quickly when I was handed my food without a bag after letting them know it was to go. I also had to repeat I needed adrink. Chips were stale. Payment was also completely messed upm i almost left without my food when they wouldnt take my cashpayment. I hope management looks into this for real, not cool for the other employees or customers. Went to the drive through and waited a few minutes and couldn?t get anyone to respond so I went inside. I was the only customer... at lunchtime and I forgot my mask. I walked in and asked if they had any disposable masks and the lady at the counter said noand said she won?t serve me without one... So I walked out and went back to the drive through. Still no answer so I said helloa couple times and the other guy working there came on and rudely said ?I?ll help you when I can...?. So I left. I live prettyclose to this store and this isn?t the first time I?ve had bad service/food there. I?m done with them, don?t bother with thisplace. Backyard burger right across the street on the other hand was quick, got my order right and were polite! Read more

Ordered online. One of the sandwiches was made with the wrong condiment. (Lazyness) I called to tell them and the employee... seemed totally clueless about what to do. I asked if she could remake the sandwich. She said yes and hung up on me. I assumethey are remaking the sandwich. I take a picture of the one that was wrong just to show them in case they thought I was lying.Drive back up there to pick up the remade sandwich, the manager is very rude and tells me that they can't make me another oneunless I bring back the first one. I show her the picture of the first made sandwich with the date. Totally ignores it andrepeats the same thing. I tell her you are just going to throw it away and when I called up here the girl didn't tell me tobring the mismade sandwich back after she said she would remake it. She hung up on me. The manager said the girl said I hung upon her. I wasted a trip and gas to go back there to pick up a correct sandwich. They didn't make it and the manager was veryrude and treated me like I did something wrong or assumed that I was just trying to get free food. I will not be going back tothis Subway. The drive-thru at this store is consistently terrible. They are too slow and my subs are never well-made. The last time I was in... the drive-thru, I watched an adjacent bank process 4 customers in the same amount of time it took me to get one 6" sub. Read more

I walk in. Employees put mask on quickly. Proceed to tell me they won't serve me without mask. I leave. Employee walks out... talking on phone smoking cigarettes while drivethrough line piles up. I now leave because I can't even get served in a timelyfashion. Also if I have to wear a mask...why didn't you have yours on when I walked in? Shame because it's next to home andI'll never be visiting this subway again. Read more

Went through the Blue Springs Drive-through today and got a salad. This is what I got for 9$ . Pretty pathetic and disappointing... it was barely half full in the container. Not worth 9$ ... it was like a side salad. Read more

I drive from Independence to this one because everyone that works there is very positive good energy and so kind and has a great... sense of humor there was three wonderful gals working there! Today and they're just I love being there they are so kind makeour day!! Thank you girl so much!! Read more
