Placed a mobile order for 4 people. Got to this Wendy?s to pick it up and they just tell me their mobile order system isnt... working even though they took my money already. Didn?t offer a refund or provide help to get one. Told me I could reorder butwould have to pay again. DONT DO MOBILE ORDERS with them!! I ended up paying $70 for our lunch because of this. Read more
95 degrees outside....probably 90 degrees inside this place and the humidity in the building is WORSE than it is outside. We sat... directly under the A/C vent by the TV and it was blowing luke warm air. Service was slow. Bun was dry on the burger. EVERYPERSON we came in contact with seemed like they absolutely hated being there. But the food was at least average for a Wendy's. Read more
Went through the drive through with my son. Ordered a # 1 with an extra patty, large drink, large fry??$18. Sandwich was cold.... No wonder nobody else was there lol. I definitely will never eat at Wendy?s again. Read more
I'm not sure if its a common thing or not but the past 2 times we went here, we could taste that wendys actually changes the Oil... they fry with! (In our personal experience,This is rare for most all other restaurants at least where fast food is concerned).We just cannot stand that bitter flavor of old over used frying oil. Eating fast food is unhealthy enough. So once ya factor inthe greasy Bitter taste of fries most places serve, it doesn't feel worth it. But wendys seems to be the exception. Hopefullythey Continue to use fresh clean oil. It could be a win-win situation for all involved. Read more
I ordered delivery off Wendy's website. But seemingly Door Dash actually delivered. So the delivery person told me she had been... told by store to have me contact Door Dash about problems because seemingly the store knew the order was incomplete. But sinceI didn't order directly from Door Dash I don't have any way to contact them about the order. When I called the store they hadno idea how to resolve any problem. So I am out my dinner and my son got chocolate frostee instead of ordered strawberry. Never do Wendy's again. Read more
Ridiculous service and food! Used to come here all the time and there prices are just stupid for fast food!! I can go to 5 guys... and get way better of a burger and fries cheaper.... Never again and definitely don't recommend these guys .... To chargesomeone extra for some onion on a burger give me a break... Read more
Our sandwiches were incredibly disappointing. When we complained, the manager was very rude, and tried to get me to hand the... sandwiches back to her, which is against health code. No one at the window was wearing gloves, and were handling both food andmoney, masks were below noses. An employee came from the back with freshly made sandwiches, made correctly. I took a picture,the sandwiches on the top are the first ones we got. No lettuce, barely bacon, and incorrect. The correctly made sandwiches werevery good, but customer service was very lacking. French fries were so overly salted, they were inedible. We ordered 2 Big BaconClassics. Read more
