I went in there it was not busy and empty tables. There was no sign if they wanted us to seat ourselves or wait to be seated.... There were 2 people ahead of us. Waited 30 minutes when tables were open. When we were seated table was dirty. Had to ask 2 people for a towel to wipe it down.... Got the food after 40 minutes, eggs were not cooked fully, hash browns cold. Then we had to ask for our bill. Read more
We went to Bob Evans which wasn't busy at all, showed up got as seat. Placed our order and we sat at our table for 1:30 hours.... We got our drinks and one of our appetizers and hour in. I want to mention as people came in they got our food before us and hadmore people at the tables. Usually I'm patient with issues because I've worked in food, but we heard the waitresses behind usjoking rudely about the horrible service. Finally I asked to pay just for the stuff we received like our drinks. That tookforever and they was trying to make us wait for a manager which basically said we would have to wait on him. I wasn't rude, butall I wanted was to leave and get food someplace else. So I went to the register and paid for food. I understand that placeshave issues, but the place wasn't busy, staff was rude and never got an apology for horrible service. Won't be eating Bob Evansfor a long time.
