Maya was wonderful. I am a merchandiser who frequents this location and stopped in to grab a quick lunch during my half hour... break. She had 5 footlongs for a pickup order lined up and I felt awful for adding to her workload. She was very friendly andimmediately began working on my order when I approached the counter. It took her less than 5 minutes to have my order ready toperfection and me on my way. This girl deserves some praise and a raise! Read more

From FB: ?I didn?t get this mans name, he works at the subway inWalmart in Bluefield, VA. He made my lunch today with amazing enthusiasm and pleasure! He was courteous and very professional.Then as I was eating this elder woman came in. He came from behind the counter, helped her to a table, read her the menu &explained the different meal deal options and then went and made her lunch. He went above and beyond customer service! So it clearly states that this location is open until 11 on Friday nights. Yet my husband went in at 10:45 and was refused... service. My diabetic mother had a sugar drop episode where the rescue squad came and gave her an IV with sugar to get hercoherent and we were told she needed to eat asap. So I sent my husband down to pick up a quick sub. But of course, the staffwanted to go home and refused to work until 11. So he had to go buy sandwich stuff at Walmart and it delayed my mom eating. Ihave the Walmart receipt showing what time he was there.. and it was 10:45! I don't get to refuse service where I work until weare officially closed. It was not 11! It was pure laziness! You guys suck. I usually eat lunch there a couple of times a weekbecause I work nearby, but now, we will not be back. Read more
This place is disgusting. I came in one day and every table was dirty. I returned the next day and the exact messes were on the... same tables they hadn?t been cleaned. I started to pay attention and I?ve notice they hardly ever clean the dining area. If thetables out here are this nasty imagine what we don?t see. Read more
