Awful customer service. I stopped here with my baby to get a quick snack. I ordered a pretzel and a drink, (which I was... overcharged for according to the price on the menu board) and after I ordered the employee informed me that it would be an eightminute wait. Eight minutes is a long time with a fussy baby and if I?d known that before I paid, I would not have paid. But?. Iwaited anyhow because I had already gotten my lemonade (which also tasted weird) and I wasn?t going to ask for a refund. Mypretzel came out undercooked and raw in the middle. I asked their employee if I could get a refill since I had to wait and shejust says, there?s a refill charge but you can ask the manager. Ummmm, no. She could have asked for me since the manager wasstanding right there. Just all around terrible experience, will never go back. I will say, I did chat with the manager while wewere waiting and she seemed nice enough but the other employees were pretty insensitive and didn?t even notice customers werestanding there. Read more
Cookie looked ok. Writing was terrible. Can't spell Birthday at all. For what you pay for a cookie you should at least get the... spelling right. Read more

I typically always base my reviews at a starting level and adjust based on flaws in quality or service. Personally I have been... here twice with the family and the lady was extremely nice and attentive to us as we decided and even helped recommenced basedon cravings. Clean, neat, tidy and had a smile the entire time and cookies were fresh. Loved the experience! Read more
The staff is very nice. They work hard to make the cake you want. I seen a wedding cake they did out of sugar Cookie it was... beautiful! Who would have thought you could stack Cookie cakes and make a wedding cake. This store has done some amazing things. Read more
I have ordered a cookie in person, over the phone and online and all three times the cookie wasn?t prepared or ready when I... picked them up. The last one I ordered online on a Sunday and paid for it. I needed it to be ready by Wednesday at 3:00pm. Ishowed up at 3:35 and was told they didn?t have my order. I had to look up the art and code number for what I ordered for themanager. After 10 minutes he tells me he wasn?t trained to draw the dog I wanted. I was never offered a refund or discountbecause I had already paid online. 45 minutes later I got my cookie that looked like a 4 year old drew. There is obviously ahigh number of incompetent workers there. I can understand a mess up, but three times consistently with three different means ofordering. I tried about 10 times to call Corporate and no one has returned my call. Read more
Worst service ever st Mercer Mall Great American Cookie Comoany. Ordered online day before at 3pm to pick up noon 9/23. ... Cookie cake was not even started and was put together in 5 min like slop. Why even have pretzels on the menu if you never have them? Have stopped by 3 or 4 separate times and every time was told they... don?t have pretzels made and it would be a 15 minute wait. I could understand if the mall was a super happening place but whenyour employees are just standing around talking, you?d think you?d at least have everything ready in the event there was acustomer.
