Subway is the best road food you?ll find in some areas.
I called Bluff City Subway to order while I was in the car. The guy who answered said I had to order on line. I went back to... my house and ordered. The online order said it would be ready in 25 minutes. So while I was driving from Bristol to PineyFlats I stopped in to pick up my order. They didn't get the order. I called my credit card company and the charge wentthrough, but I would have to get it reversed. If the guy took my order over the phone then this would not have happened. Icannot get online while I am driving and this is ridiculous. I went to Piney Flats Subway and they said they take orders on thephone, while the guy in Bluff City said they don't because of people ordering and not picking up their food. That is a greatway to treat your paying customers.... Punish them instead of treating them right. I always try to give Bluff City Subway mybusiness, but won't if they are too lazy to take an order over the phone. Read more

Mitch knows what's up at this place. He fully replicated the Ultimate Philly Cheese Steak that was discontinued and made it even... better. I just told him to make it however he wanted and he delivered the best sandwich I've ever had at Subway. This man needsa promotion. Read more
