I ordered for 9 people, out of all 9, 3 orders were wrong and I asked for the receipt but got nothing. I asked for 2 -4 piece... nugget but got a combo hamburger meal, ask no cheese on #2 meal and plain #1 meal. I know it was during rush hour, but stillwasn't good service. The employee was really impatient when I was trying to ask a question eat the drive through and told me to just order. Then when... I got to eating I realized they got both sandwiches in the order wrong, we got a lot less than what we paid for. I tried to bepatient, I called and just asked for them to refund the difference and the person on the phone refused to help unless I wasthere in person. I don?t live close to that location and it would cost me more in gas to go all the way back for a refund than Iwould get back. I tried explaining this and she refused to be helpful at all. She kept telling me she?s too busy and I have tocome back. If you can?t take the time to provide good service and get things right in the first place you have to make time tomake it right after the fact. They chose to do neither.
