The employee was really impatient when I was trying to ask a question eat the drive through and told me to just order. Then when... I got to eating I realized they got both sandwiches in the order wrong, we got a lot less than what we paid for. I tried to bepatient, I called and just asked for them to refund the difference and the person on the phone refused to help unless I wasthere in person. I don?t live close to that location and it would cost me more in gas to go all the way back for a refund than Iwould get back. I tried explaining this and she refused to be helpful at all. She kept telling me she?s too busy and I have tocome back. If you can?t take the time to provide good service and get things right in the first place you have to make time tomake it right after the fact. They chose to do neither. This location was busy but the staff was amazing!! They were calm, polite and efficient. Got my order quickly. Way to Go!!

This location has been so awesome ! I love that it?s close to where I live. The employees have always been so kind and i?ve... never had an issue regarding my food. They?re not the fastest but i?ve never been in a position to care about speed. Read more

Best service we?ve found at a Wendy?s. Four visits in a row and they?ve gotten the food out very quickly and it?s hot and tasty.... One time they combined all the stuff on the order we put in to save us a bunch of money. Always a great experience Read more

I ordered for 9 people, out of all 9, 3 orders were wrong and I asked for the receipt but got nothing. I asked for 2 -4 piece... nugget but got a combo hamburger meal, ask no cheese on #2 meal and plain #1 meal. I know it was during rush hour, but stillwasn't good service. Also needs to figure out the drive thou way. Got stuck in parking area after I got our food. Read more

Employee Lucas George left an open ketchup packet on the outside of my friends sandwich that he paid good money for. Lucas... apparently has an issue with someone in my group and decided to make a mess. This is childish and unprofessional. The entirestaff was watching and laughing as we ordered and were told there was going to be an additional wait. I don?t care about anadditional wait, I always understand staffing issues and the such. But when I?m waiting an extra five minutes for a sandwich Ican?t trust I feel pretty slighted. Employees say the packet ?exploded?. The INTENTIONAL tear marks say different. Grow up Lucas. Pathetic. Just pathetic. I order a Jr hamburger with a burger build, so I can get lettuce, tomato and onion... without the fake... "cheese"...and do it this way so I don't have to PAY for the "cheese" by getting a Jr cheese deluxe WITHOUT the cheese...theyeven have a special button for this. What do they do? Put TWO pieces of that yellow plastic on there! It was the manager makingit, and had no idea what it was, and was asking. Someone tried explaining it...and he STILL got it wrong! I also order theAsiago chicken, because it has REAL swiss cheese....what did they do? They didn't put ANY cheese on it! Not only that, but itdidn't have any bacon on it either. The chicken patty was old and dry, the fries were soggy, cold and way too salty. I veryrarely complain about food, but this was just total incompetence. Read more

I?m upset with this location because they are continually taking away from their 4 for 4. First they had all the normal options.... Then they took away the double option. Now they have removed all 4 for 4 options except for the jr cheeseburger? and otherlocations aren?t like this? Then today, I went and they have two kids meals for $1.99. See the picture. But it rang up at $4. I told them no, that?s not what?s on the menus. A lady came out and checked and confirmed. But they refused to honor their ownmenu and posted price. This is how you lose business. Why would I go to a location that takes away from customers, isunreliable for consistency and won?t even honor their own posted prices? The employees are nice enough but that doesn?t fix thedishonesty? Read more
