Went into this location about 3:30 in the afternoon on Friday 9/16. I wanted the 1 breast 1 wing combo meal. They offered me 1... wing and 1 thigh didn?t matter if it was original or extra crispy because that?s all they had. They only had a few pieces ofchicken left in the warmer and it wasn?t looking too appetizing anyway. So I ordered tenders. BIG mistake. They were way overcooked. Seems like they were fried twice. The color of the breading was very dark brown and the chicken was completely driedout. The very first bite I took, a big chunk of the dried out chicken came out of the breading and the breading stayed intact. Iwould have gone back to return it but they didn?t have what I wanted anyway. I didn't realize they could actually make legs, thighs and other pieces of a chicken so small. I paid too much for too little of... food. I even took it back in sand the female manager said "I'm sorry but we have to make things the way corporate sends them tous.. she didn't bother to try to make me happy and just add a baby chicken leg. Awful experience today. Chicken so soaked with grease and crispy thrown in with original. Whoever did this should immediately... be fired. Door dash refunded me the entire amount. I was so ticked I am going to work towards having door dash corporateremove them as an option in this area due to an over abundance of complaints. Read more
I will never come back here. Employees standing around, the food was warm you could tell its been sitting. We had to clean our... own table and chair off to sit and eat. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled badly. Read more
Was in there today 6/13/22. The manager was yelling at staff rudely. She made the girl clock out and leave in front of... customers. She was unprofessional and a sad representative for kfc. I called to get info on who to call and she refused to giveout the info. The place was dirty. There was not enough crispy chicken to fill a 6 piece order at 1:59 pm. I got my money backand left. I liked 1 employe there and he was great. The manager was rude though. The place I definitely NOT clean. There were spider webs... on the chairs and it looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in days. It looked like when they attempted to clean the counterthey didn't clean it properly because you could see smeared oil on the counter. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star isbecause of the food. I really don't see how they have passed health inspection. They need new management or something. Read more
