Not the most customer friendly. First time at this location, my wife tried to order her usual from our local Subway as well as... literally every one we've been to. Chicken bacon ranch with just 1 scoop of chicken and extra bacon. She was told that wouldmess up inventory and that it would incur an upcharge. Less of one, more of another. She ordered it as intended, so didn't gether order the way she wanted. Frustrating when every other Subway has no issue with it. Read more

Very nicely done Subway of Bluffton. Later in the afternoon plenty of parking. Very efficient staff. Plenty of indoor seating... with other shopping in the area.. was the first time I ever noticed on the screen for paying with card that they asked forgratuity (tip) up front . Normal? Read more

Staff is nice and are pretty patient in my experience, however I ordered a tuna footlong a few days ago and ended up getting... food poisoning. The food doesnt taste bad but because of that i cannot personally reccomend this place. Read more
Horrible, waited in line to be ignored by an employee focused on call in orders, another holding up a wall, but finally a new... employ who did not know how to make a sandwich tried to help. When questioning him on what he was doing, he became irate. Leftthe store without food. Sent email to Subway, and was contacted once to inquire of when we tried to get service and have neverheard back. Customer service, food quality and management are seriously lacking. Read more
