Alright food, though expensive for what you get sometimes depending on what you buy. Though i wish the sign for no dine in was... easier to see through the tinted glass as i accidentally walked in and the person at the counter immediately snapped at me toget out. Read more
Orders are frequently wrong but it's good enough to eat anyway.
Found that the manager, on day shift, is very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend a visit during the morning hours.... Night shift employees are amazing, however. Read more
Wow, anymore that is what Tacobell makes me think. First off the online order items only are ridiculous. This location... couldn't make a more empty chili-cheese burrito if they tried (they successfully do that everytime I order it). #1 location forstuffing ingredients in a way that insures you get one kind per bite and none mixed. I don't know anyone who enjoys that butthey are good at it. I have ordered a Crunch-Wrap from several taco-bells, this was the first time I got a soggy 'crunch' and awrap the same thickness as a quesadilla. I ordered two and both were equally lack-luster. As with all Taco-bells; hit a gasstation for your soda first, the prices get more obscene everytime I go to one. Inside is always clean so... There is that. Read more
Perhaps I should know better than, to visit this location but it's close and with the pay increases, I assumed better service... would follow... If you're truly hungry for some good Taco Bell and you're local to Bluffton, make the drive to Fort Wayne. Read more
We made an order on foor dash for a party pack. It does not offer to have all of them without veggies (not that we seen) we... called to to the store to see if they could just not put lettuce on the tacos and the manager (who sounded like a child) told usthere was nothing they could do to help up. I told him it would save product for them to just not add lettuce and his responcewas "not if we already made them". What ever happened to making the customer happy. Don?t bother going for breakfast. I?ve gone several times and ordered on the app. When I arrived they have no eggs to make the... food and are unable to refund the money bc I used the app. I had given them the benefit of the doubt that it had been a busymorning but it has happened several times now Read more
