Really liked the ice coffee I ordered Fast and friendly
October 5th, 2022, My wife lost her mom yesterday and we had driven up from NC to OH for to be by her side at the hospital.... Working on very little sleep (app 4hrs) and dealing with the funeral home all day my wife just wanted to rest and have somequality coffee. I offered to go up the street to Dunkin as we had seen on their door they didn't close until 10pm. It was 8:47when I pulled into the drive thru and read the menu while waiting to be helped. After waiting for about ten minutes I pulledaround and walked to the door which was locked. I looked at the time on my phone it was 8:59! All the lights were on and thedoor said 10:00pm. No sooner had I looked up and the employee turned off the lights! Somebody could have taken 2 minutes toexplain, but shutting the lights off on me was in my opinion.. rude and neglectful. I'm sure if they changed the closing hourthey are very aware of what it used to be, and how hard is it to mark the door sign? Needless to say I had to disappoint agrieving wife because I was thirteen minutes before the actual closing time in reality, but serving the last customer was lessimportant than doing the job! I have been in line for 30 mins literally. I pull to the speaker and said hello and I get the response "we're very busy you... need to hold on" I'm not sure how they think this is okay. I manage in the customer service field and the drive thru time andthe lack of professionalism should be a concern for this location. Read more
This Dunkin tends to have decent service, and I stop by often to get a coffee. Sometimes they refuse to give a box of a dozen or... so donuts, idk why. I've only been in a few times, but it's pretty clean, though I usually stick to the drive thru. Read more
You guys do fine OTHER THAN the fact that you guys forget my morning donut almost any time I order one. And I?m on a time limit... so I can?t go back to get it. Sucks cuz them donuts are good and I?ve been hacked of at least 3 in the past month???? Read more
Waited over 15 minutes. Recieved 1/3 drinks and 1 sandwich. Sandwich bread was so dry/hard it just crumbled everywhere and made... a mess. Drink was filled with ice and still wasn't full of liquid. After 12 minutes they tried handing me a large iced drinkwhen I ordered 2 fruity coolatas. I just asked for a refund bc I was in a rush and they said ok and left. Came back 3 mins laterand asked what I got. Like... Come on guys. Look at the screen or Your receipt. This is not the first, second, third, or fourthtime. I will not be back. Frozen drinks are cheaper at the gas station anyways. Read more
I only gave 4 stars because at this time the lobby is only open until 7:30 pm although they close at 8 pm. Not an indictment on... them, they feel they'll be back to open the whole time once they college kids come back for the school year! They were superfriendly and helpful, through the drive-thru! I love Dunkin but this location always takes longer than others, and usually gets my order wrong. *Update* A year later and... service is just as bad. I had hoped it just needed time for them to find their rhythm, but they didn't. There's always a wait toorder, an even longer wait to get your items, and most of the time they get it wrong. This location needs better management. Read more
