Man I tell you the best pizza i have ever been served.. crust and the sauce make one darn good pizza.. bowl customer service in... the other hand not so great. There's two young girls who take orders need to be educated on the reason for their job positionand how that works.. without customers your way of earning a paycheck is no longer a possibility. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Literally just a bunch of cheese, bacon , 3 small pieces of chicken smothered in ranch. Not... impressed. Read more

Just have to check your order before leaving. I got all the way home before I found out that my pizza wasn't correct. I called... right away and they made it right, it's just the need to check before leaving. Otherwise food has always been fairly decent. Read more
I ordered a x large tower w/o mushrooms and brownie bites. I said to call me that I would be right outside. I waited 35... minutes and drove up to the window the pizza was ready and waiting. When I got home the pizza was loaded with mushrooms. Italked to tell them about it. They said the ticket didn't show no mushrooms. I ask if it was my fault the ticket didn't showno mushrooms. They hung up on me. My daughter in law called to tell them about the problem they hung up on her. She went upthere to get the owner/manager phone number they gave her a wrong name. Ordered last friday in Ada, order wrong. Tonight in Bluffton, order wrong. Waited while they re-made it, after they offered %15... off to take the pizza I didnt order instead, laughable. Waited, and still didnt get everything I ordered. Officially lost acustomer of 20+ years. Both establishments have placed customer service, quality, and any type of staff training to the wayside.
