I rarely write reviews unless its extremely disappointing. It?s truly disappointing that this is the only Dunkin in Bluffton and... it is run so terribly. Staff is rude a good portion of the time, food has been day old multiple times, and it seems disorganizedand a hasty work environment to be in. Also doesn?t look too clean. No wonder they never have any staff. Not a good place tostart your day! Do better Bluffton dunkin. Read more

Disorganised, this is the word I think of to describe this location. They were fully staffed but just couldn't get their act... together. There was a line wrapped around the building for the drive-in. So. I made a mobile order to walk-in. We waited 20minutes for our standard order that normally takes seven minutes from order to my hand. Read more

We just ordered at the drive thru. The man told us in the middle of our order to pull around, so we thought maybe he just... couldn?t hear us. We wait forever. He finally comes to the window with an iced coffee (with 6 ice cubes lol) and we tell him weweren?t finished with our order. He lets out a deep breath and rolls his eyes as he walks away to make us another iced coffee. We try to thank him and he was completely rude in no response. Didn?t tell us our total, just took our card. We thanked himagain before we left and he continued to not respond or care what kind of customer service he was giving. Read more

Placed an online order for a quick pickup on my way to the airport. The lobby door was locked and the drive thru line was around... the corner. After waiting 1/2 am hour I got out of my car and walked up to the drive up window to try and grab my order... Butit wasn't even ready! Why is this location doing online orders if they just make you wait in a long drive thru line anyway? Ihad a plane to catch and had to leave without my order (but paid for online). Totally horrible experience. Read more

honestly disappointing. I went in on a Saturday morning, the lady running the register was clearly new and she had limited help... from the multiple people standing around. two of our three sandwiches were made wrong and the one we got remade was the only onethat was hot. the other two were cold. they were slow but not understaffed by any means, which only made the experienceworse. the back of counter area was also disgusting. the floor was filthy and the counters were somehow worse. it looked like atornado had gone through. I was shocked my coffee cup came out clean. I would rather travel out of my way than go here again. Read more

I RARELY write reviews but, the health department SHOULD check this place! Yesterday, April 17th I went to the Dunkin Donuts... store in Bluffton around 2:15 pm. I ordered 6 French Crullers and two cold brew coffees. The girl who took the order placed thesix donuts upside-down in a box and handed it to me. I opened the box in the store and wondered why they were placed upside-down(?) I flipped the donuts over and realized that 5 of them had some kind of black spots on the top, that at first looked likebrown sprinkles. I asked the same girl who gave me the box what the black flakes on the donuts were, and she told me that itwas ?chocolate? from other donuts (?????) I said ?ok?, I didn?t want to make a big deal... but when I was about to eat one ofthe donuts I realized that the black flakes were not chocolate but disgusting chips or scraps from a pan (maybe an old or burnedone). I went back to her and I asked for different donuts, she ?proudly? told me that all of the French crullers had those blackflakes. I asked for Boston cream donuts instead, and she whispered an apology. While I was still in the store, I was surprisedto see the girl put those returned donuts back on the shelf for the next customer! Besides the black flakes, she knew that Itouched/flipped with my bare hands all of the donuts while they were in the box! It is a shame, and someone should check theirkitchen area! The innocent black flakes, that were definitely NOT chocolate, could be dangerous if they came from a burnedTeflon pan. The picture was taken after I removed some of the flakes, but still... Oh! And a smile on the employees facewouldn?t hurt either! Read more
