We ordered to go sandwiches. Young man at register took our order. Did not pay attention to our order. Got home both sandwiches... wrong. It?s a sandwich how do you screw up both. Jersey Mike?s is much better. They ask you what you want. We asked for miniturkey got ham. Wanted full size roast beef with provolone got mini roast beef with no cheese. Will not return. I ordered food from them today as I've dine several times but my order today was not good. My pickle was to be cut in quarters... as the website states but when I received my order which was delivered the pickle was slit and not editable at all mushy on theinside. I called the OWNER to discuss and they were rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I hung up and called back to speak with someoneelse and they hung up on me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. This particular store is awful. After failing to deliver on time the manager proceeded to hang up on me multiple times even... though I still had questions. This unacceptable for any business. I understand that people are short staffed, but hanging up onsomeone or pretending you cannot hear them is a petty and immature way of handling situations. JJ?s should hire a more qualifiedindividual who is capable of doing his job. Read more
My wife and I at nearly closing time not knowing they had limited hours due to staff shortage. They kindly accommodated us and... even cut up lettuce to make our sandwiches for us. Excellent customer service! Read more
I ordered using the app. It was fast and easy. I called them to ask for curbside because I didn't see an option for this, but... there was a parking spot. They brought it right out to me! The unwich was perfectly wrapped, I was able to easily eat it in thecar! So pleased!!! Read more
