Around 3:30pm on November 22 I stopped at this location to order some food. My order number was 120 and I ordered the crispy... chicken sandwich. I waited over 15 minutes for my order and decided to ask for my money back when order 121 was called outbefore mine. That order was for five people. During the time I was waiting a notice your female manager talking to a policeofficer that she knew instead of make sure the orders in the window was being taken care of. When I asked for my money back Itold the manager maybe she should worry more about what is going on in her restaurant instead of talking to her friend the cop.Her comment back was "don't worry about what she is doing. The manager was a white female. One last point the soda machine wasnot working and the dining room wasn't in the best shape. This will be the last time that I will ever stop at this McDonalds. Ilooked over a few of this location reviews and I can see why there is a lot of one star reviews. The manager that was workingis a poor representative for your company. Good Luck!!! Read more
The posted hours are obviously optional at this McDonald's. Our party was one of five different vehicles waiting to order in the... drive in. Others drove away after waiting too long. Dine in was still closed. Read more
The lobby was trashy. The bathrooms not clean. We ordered using the kiosk. Our order was mostly correct, but there was no sweet... tea. Our sauce didn't come out. When we asked, they said they were out off Buffalo sauce. The food was good, but service andcleanliness were lacking. Read more
A bit of a wait in drive thru. Order was spot on with friendly staff. Don't forget to donate to Ronald McDonald House(s) that... provide much needed service and aid to families with very ill and terminally ill children so that proper medical treatment canbe had with family support present right there with the child. This McDonald's is usually very good about getting your order right. But this morning I wanted a sausage biscuit, they instead... have me a McGriddle (basically a pancake biscuit to me) I do not like pancakes so it was very disappointing not to mention thecold gravy. Read more
We had a BOGO coupon. Decided to use it yesterday, 7/23/22. Arrived at the restaurant around 11:45 for lunch. Was pleasantly... surprised to see that the dining room was pretty full (so many indoor restaurants are closed nowadays.) The lobby and tableswere pretty clean. No one was waiting at the counter. A very polite happy woman greeted us. We placed our grill order (you seeif you do a grill order, and make just a small change, say no onions - your food gets made for you and doesn't come out cold.) Received our order pretty quickly and sat down to a great, warm quarter pounder with cheese with a nicely toasted bun. Wouldhighly recommend this location. Read more
It's McDonald's. Everyone here is overworked and underpaid. If you're making a 1 star review because you had to wait too long... then congrats. You're a Karen. Dont go to fast food expecting the treatment you get at a fine dining restaurant. They areobviously understaffed. I've never had an issue here. Everything I order is as I expect it to be. I know I will probably bewaiting awhile depending on how busy it is and how many people are working. I have witnessed workers being verbally assaultedand screamed at while doing literally nothing wrong. So If you are upset about their "attitude" it is likely from dealing withentitled people like yourself everyday. You're accomplishing nothing by writing a negative review of a fast food place.
