I'm not sure how Dine in is but to go was terrible. Waited forever in designated parking spot for someone to come out and say... they "forgot" the name...mind you this was after giving them the name 20 min earlier. Finally get back home with food and thereis sides that are missing and realizing we paid 15$ for 5 wings? I'm not sure if that's a mistake or not but seems if not youshould have put the amount you get on menu. All in all paid 80$ for cold food with missing items. Read more
Update: The owner reached out to express his deepest apologies for the negative review. He offered a chance to make it right. My... family convinced me to try it once more. I opted to get pasta to ensure I would not experience this again. The food was good.Service was great. I feel it right to update the review since this last experience was much better. This restaurant genuinelyseemed to care and I appreciate the concern to make it right. ????????????????????????? Will not be returning! As you can seemy meal came with a little something extra? The service was awesome Ryan did an amazing job. The onion soup he suggested was awesome and flavorful. The hot ???? fresh baked... wheat bread was nice and soft. My rum punch was delicious. On my most recent visit we received Prompt seating. When our server Drew came over his recommendations were spot on. Great... service never had to ask for a refill and the food was hot when it reached the table. Drew made sure everything was right andthe manager Tim came over to check on us as well. My server Drew was amazing. Very polite and friendly and checked on me and my date constantly. Didn?t have to wait to often for... my drink refill while waiting on food. He made sure we were okay from start to finish. He recommended the Thunder and lighteningdesert after dinner and it was amazing. Just didn't have to much room afterwards. Ask for Drew! Read more
On Sunday, October 3rd, I placed an order with UBER EATS. The first issue I had with my order was the Coke container did not... have a safety tape over the lid; the second issue I noted a blonde eyelash inside the lid of my mac n cheese. Both the Coke andthe mac n cheese, I threw in the trash can. The third issue I noted with the food quality and food safety is feathery wings. Atthis point, I am thinking these wings are prepped below standards for all places selling popular dishes such as wings. Being anOTR Commercial Driver, I do not have the leisure of ordering a delivery then returning the order for a correction or anotherother of something else. I had to pluck the wings and remove the skin to eat them. And Finally, l saved my veggies for lunchtoday only to cut the sweet potato open and the sweet potato is molded inside. This restaurant use to be good. However since proprietorship changes it is no longer. My family went today and experienced many... issues with our visit. 1. We went at 5:30 and could not order rare prime rib as they were already out. (Let me be clear inmentioning the restaurant was almost completely empty) 2. I personally ordered a steak cooked medium well with the garlic buttertopping- i received a medium rare steak pictured below along with no topping. 3. My child?s joey sirloin was so coated in peppermy husband had to scrape it off so it was edible. Lastly- Outback discontinued their wedge salad- which happened to be the bestwedge ever! Instead of the wedge salad, they now offer a blue cheese chopped salad? i guess cutting the salad into quarters orhalves was too much work. The most important thing to note is that the service was great and had zero issues. Waiter wasextremely nice and performed his job well. We came in with my family to celebrate our Marine Corps grad (so proud) and got 5 star service from Amber. She was the... friendliest, sweetest and most gorgeous little thing. Took care of all of our needs with a smile. Accurate, quick and kind. Madeour special day even better. Read more
