The plates they gave us were dirty. I wouldn?t be surprised if the bowls were only wiped out with a dirty rag. We were served... with plastic silverware so I wouldn?t be surprised if they skipped out on cleaning dishes completely. Service was slow. Theydidn?t know if soup was made at 10:00am yet but they had been open since 7:00am. There were plenty of employees but everyone wasstanding around. I was in the drive thru for over 30mins only 1 car ahead of me the entire time. They also waited a while. Also you can't get out... once in line so just had to wait it out. Food wasn't as good as normal and my apple had Mayo all over it as well as my sandwichwrapper. They couldn't have been in that big of a hurry since I waited so long. Read more
They serve sandwiches, soups, salads, and of course breads, bagels, and pastries. Food was good - except my wife felt there... should have been more noodles and chicken in the chicken noodle soup. I enjoyed the cinnamon crusted bagel and my BBQ chickensandwich. Read more
The worst menu I have ever seen in a Panera Bread. People we unfriendly and you had to repeat my order three times. The only... answer from Kimberley look at the menu board. Without question the worst and most useless Panera I have ever visited. I waited in line for 15 minutes while shift leaders had... a meeting in the cafe and the one cashier was the most unfriendly person I ever met. You would think someone would jump on aregister to help the cashier shorten the line, but no. On top of that, my gift card that they said had a zero balance actuallyhad $40 so they forced me to pay with my credit card when I had a perfectly good gift card that they were too incompetent andlazy to figure out how to use. This is honestly the worst Panera I?ve ever been to. The employees are rude and they walk around cursing at each other. They?re... always out of bakery items and the bakery items that are out are usually kind of old. I ordered for dine in at 7pm today andthey refused to put my food on a plate cause they said they usually put all orders to go after 4pm. They close at 9pm. I alsosaw one of the managers a black lady yell at one of the blond employees over sweeping the floor. Read more
What hearts the management and employees at Panera have!! Some weekends, I work security at the two Tanger Outlets. There had... been a 3-car accident in the parking lot between Panera and Saks Fifth Avenue. One of the cars hit belonged to a sweet, elderlycouple, but the wife was badly shaken on top of being nearly blind. I went to buy the couple some sweet tea from Panera to relaxthem a bit, but management would hear of it. They happily provided the tea, free of charge. Even the employees were selfless andwere too glad to give. Those are some great employees in that restaurant! Read more
