I wanted to give a huge shout out !!! because every time I go through the drive-thru, this young lady Is so helpful?Her name... is Aaliyah and she does go above and beyond and my food is always correct. I have to say I haven?t had a messed up order everytime she is in Drive-thru..:?Everything I order is just the way I ordered it, she?s very professional she smiles, she says thankyou and she asks if there?s anything else that she can help me with and tells me to have a pleasant evening. So I wanted to check and see if I left a review after tonight's mishap. Safe to say we are done with this location, which is a... shame because we live in the neighborhood it's attached to. In the past, it was how the employee at window was either rude ornone attentive with myself, as i was the one that went and got the food. Went past three strikes because it's covenant being 2minutes away. Today, my wife was feeling a burger, asked if I wanted anything, and I asked for a ten piece, nothing hard. Aftershe ordered her food and got her found, half the order was not in the bag yet she paid for it. The hurriedly put in the chickennuggets in and she came back. I didn't get a 10 piece, I got an 7 piece. The fries weren't even hot, more like luke warmborderline cold. This is the the last time we will ever go back due to constant issues they've had since they threw up thatclosed dining room sign. Been there twice and both times they couldn't make change. My bill was 27.08 and I gave her 40.00. She gave me 12.00 back so... I lost 98 cents. Also wanted both meals large. Gave me one large drink and one small. Won't be going back. Read more
One thing you can?t fake or hide his love. My son-in-law came through the drive-through today and we were having a bad day. The... two young ladies that helped us went out of their way to take care of me and my son and even give A toy and we didn?t order akids mailal. Food was great but the service was outstanding. After waiting in the line for 30 minutes the food was horrible it was cold taste and it like it came out of the garbage. I ended... up throwing it away because, I work in South Carolina but I live in Savannah so I was on the road headed home. I was at theWendy's that's in South Carolina right across the bridge next to the Parker's convenience store by the Publix grocery store inthat area. Won?t be going back. The staff was very unprofessional, wearing ear buds, hoodies and normal clothing like they were at home.... The woman fixing drinks was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They also only had 1 type of salad which I onlyfound out after asking for the other 3.
