We were invited to a prefixed meal. The ad said from 6 to 8 pm. Traffic prevented us from arriving until 6:30. The staff... didn't like that we showed up late, however, they accommodated us. The invitation didn't say you must arrive 6pm. There wassome confusion but it worked out. The food was okay, not great. Had we known we had to be there at 6pm. The food would havebeen better. WWC has become my new place to watch football and baseball. It's a great location, the staff is nice, food is good. I went... their today to watch my game and Allie was my server. She is so professional and friendly, and has a great attitude. You cantell she likes her job and works hard at it. She is a great asset to your company. It is with great disappointment that I write this review. We have loved this place for years. In fact we drive from Savannah... area where we have 2 Wild Wing locations just because this was our favorite, it had a great staff and specials. Sadly the last2 times we've visited it's been lacking in many areas. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes with only a few patrons there and noone in site to take and order. Finally ordered and got an appetizer. After the bar tender never again mentioned our order oreven made eye contact I told her we were moving to a table (this was over 40 minutes). She then said our appetizer would beanother 15 minutes to which we canceled it. Moved to a table and no one ever came to take an order until 15 minutes later I hadto go ask someone. From that point it was OK but not stellar. The food was good but the lack of service is horrible. And itwasn't because they were over worked there was barely anyone in the restaurant when this happened with plenty of staff around. Read more
I am retracting my original review and changing it to a well earned 5 stars. I?m so glad that I have them a second chance! The... GM, Austin and Mgr., Justin made up for some errors and our meal tonight was excellent. The wings are delicious! As was theflatbread pizza. Thank you, Austin for the great customer service!! I placed my order and told her I don?t eat meat. I said I?m a Pescatarian. I ordered a salad with shrimp. 25 minutes later my... salad comes out with bacon all over it. Once okay, but this is twice this happened. Then when I asked her why do my salad hasbacon on it she catches an attitude. Really ! Bartenders at wild wings needs to do better. This one sucks with her Service.Education is important, why can?t she comprehend something so simple. So my boss and I came here for lunch, I didn?t want tocome but he did. My husband and I found this little treasure by accident. We were visiting SC for a graduation and we where so hungry and it... seems that everything closes so early like 8-9pm in the area we were in. This place didn?t close until 1am so we decided to giveit a try. The atmosphere is quite homely. The waitresses were very friendly, very attentive and our service couldn?t have beenany better. The drinks were amazing cudos to the bartender whoever you are. Those fish bowls were allot bigger than the pictureso we definitely got our money?s worth. The appetizers we had were mozzarella sticks and devil eggs. I must say I?ve had plentyof Devil eggs in my life and these were definitely a favorite. My husband throughly enjoying his cheese sticks as well. Fordinner I had chicken wings lemon pepper and general. Now I usually get the general flavor with my Chinese food and the spice isnever to my liking. But let me tell you if you are looking for that spice these wings definitely have it. The lemon pepper waspretty good I?ve had better. But the crispness was on point I always tell the cook to double fry my wings. No one wants to havesoggy wings that aren?t in wet sauce Ijs. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich which to his surprise came in wrap style. Oursides were tots which we love. My husband said the sandwich was so flavorful he enjoyed every min of it. And last I ordered thebrownie and ice cream for dessert. I have a serious sweet tooth and I am absolutely a chocoholic. We used to come every week but when covid hit. The service and taste of food went down so bad. We showed up on 12-2-2022 and the... food was amazing!
