I'm only giving 4 stars because you you guys changed perfection. How do you sell a chicken club without love without lettuce... and tomato? The older style club sandwich was way better. I literally drove all the way here just for the old style clubssandwich....haven't been inside in years because of covid. And the drive-through always way too busy. I finally made it intoday, food was great ! I just missed that old sandwich..... Next time I'm gonna make a custom Old school.???? Read more
So, before covid started, This was a great location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food that I would order would come out... right and hot. Enjoyed dining in. But a lot has changed in the time since and in all honesty, if you don't want your ordermessed up or get charged for something and not get it, go go here. Since the closure of the dining room, we may have gottenZaxby's 6 times, we prefer it to Chick-fil-A and it's closer to our home. (5-10 mins)We last ordered 2 days ago, I wanted abuff- plate( I got regular tenders) and we both were suppose tolosing even more business due to the other issues I have read onthis thread and its a shame. I sincerely hope that y'all recover and make it back to where it was a couple years ago. Oh a ifyou have no drinks available, how about let the people know before they get to the drive thru window (happened at this location,a few months ago. So I got a pickup order because the line said Zaxby's are very long through the drive-thru. I go to pick up my order the doors... locked and so I called them to ask but can I pick up my food. He said that they're not letting people into the building and thatI have to sit in the Drive-Thru line in order to pick up my food, even though picking up the order is so you don't have to sitin the Drive-Thru line. So I asked to clarify, and he proceeds to go well there's only two people working here and we need 15people, so you just have to wait in line like everyone else. Deal with it or leave. I've had multiple problems with thisZacky's, but usually people are polite and not this disrespectful. And apparently they've decided to open up when clearly theydon't have the staff to properly run it, I cannot recommend this place anymore and I highly encourage everyone else should goget their chicken from someplace else. This was my first visit to Zaxby?s: I was appalled by the lack of courtesy, job knowledge, and common sense most of the... employees displayed during my visit. The one (and only) cashier could not process in-person orders. Rather than asking forhelp, she took a phone call, walked to the back-of-house area, and left the front counter unattended for several minutes. Thisleft those of us in line waiting for several minutes for her to return as no other employee bothered to fill in. Door Dashdrivers were ignored. They had to figure out on their own where to pick up deliveries. Employees were simply not interested inhelping. When an order was ready for pick up, employees screamed (yes, screamed!) out the names and order numbers throughoutthe restaurant. Not over a PA system: a person ? screaming. Guests were visibly laughing, shaking their heads, and at a losswith the unprofessionalism displayed by these employees. My order was filled incorrectly. So much so, it did not resembleanything listed on my receipt. I gave up! Zaxby?s, I won?t be back. Your staff oozes resistance to gracious behavior. Read more
