Ist visit to this location...no customers in the store when we arrived..great selection...took us couple of minutes to make a... choice...vibe we got from counter clerk was not welcoming at all..had to repeat order twice. Person at counter did not speak clearly when asked if pumpkin coffee was hot or cold. She appeareded annoyed to respond at all.... Ask for black, pumpkin coffee came sweet and creamy. Badly cared for clothes. and hair. No trash can outside door of establishedbusiness. Where is management? Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would, this place is ridiculous. There was basically one girl at the drive thru window working at... a decent pace. The barista could not get any slower with a bad attitude, she spilled milk on the floor was walking through itnever cleaned it up. Somebody else had to clean it up waited forever for my drink.
