Same burger different store ????
We went thru the drive thru and ordered two large meal combos and a 3 piece chicken (for the dogs - don't like eating in front... of them not sharing). We were asked to park in the nearby lot because the chicken was not ready. They forgot the fries so i hadto go inside to get them. If i had wanted to go out in the desert heat, i would not have used the drive thru so that wasunpleasant. Since i was already inside, i decided to use the restroom to take advantage of the bathrom to wash up. The bathroomwas smelly and had no soap. Ick. Lettuce on my burger was wilted after sitting wrapped for so long while waiting for thechicken. Edit: I highly recommend do not feed this food to your dogs and better yet, don't eat it either. It made my dogs sosick for days. My bad. I forgot how greasy, fatty this food is and it is definitely not good for humans or animals. Read more
HORRIBLE service was given wrong sandwich, food was not fresh at all , was asked to pull forward so their timer didn?t run, the... chicken on my sandwich looked like a hamburger patty it was burnt, then I asked them to cook me a fresh one and I watched asyour worker kept pulling the chicken from the fryer?. There?s a timer on it for a reason dude. Leave it alone and let it cook.The fries were decent but cold , and our fried zucchini was also undercooked . If you guys need people, I?d be more than happyto teach you food safety. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Ownership needs to take a serious look at the shift manager on duty in the afternoon of July 17, 2022. ... The customer service, cleanliness, and lack of attention to basic things reflects really poorly on the restaurant. Food qualitywas abysmal as well. Read more

TL;DR, there's a McDonald's across the street go there instead. I don't think I've had a worse cheeseburger in a long time.... I'm pretty sure everything was freezer-burned. The buns certainly we're - they looked like they had been put in and out if afreezer several times, and ours were the ones squashed in the bottom of the bag. The meat tasted old, and the onion rings blandand funky. It was so bad the neither my wife nor I finished our burgers, and that's saying something considering we were on theroad for ten hours. So I'm a really big fan of Carl's Jr burgers because they have that amazing smoky grilled flavor. You can also order their... sandwiches low carb style meaning in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun for those who are counting carbs. This place also has aplay area for the kids and when we're driving between Arizona and California we always stop here so the kids can stretch, playand have a great meal! Read more
