You order from the self-serve kiosk, but then have to hire a bounty hunter to track down an employee to get a drink cup. They... almost go out of their way to avoid eye contact. Waited 5 minutes to just ask for ketchup. You are more likely to have aninteraction with one of the homeless people in the lobby then an employee. Food was actually prepared well though. Read more
Your employee ALIA did an absolutely terrible job when handling our order. Seen here through the drive thru window handle our... fries bare hands. She also charged us 10 dollars more for our original order and Didn?t give us our money back. on top of thatcouldn?t even give the sauces I asked for. We get it I?d be mad working at McDonald?s too but she did the most horrific job Ihave ever seen in a fast food restaurant ever. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life. Let me list the ways:... bathroom-flooded; towels and mirrors-missing; soda machines-broken; food-terrible; service-slow; flies and bugs-everywhere. Iwasn't even given a receipt. I paid for 2 drinks but couldn't fill them with anything, so I just had empty cups while I nibbledat the terrible food. At one point the soda fountain was just dumping on the floor and nobody did anything until I told them. Iwanted my money back but I wanted to leave more. I don't care how hungry I am I will never come back here. No joke, health andsafety should have this place shut down. If there are that many bugs in the dining area, you KNOW there are more in the kitchen. Read more
What are you going to say about McDonald's. Depends on when you catch them. Descent or oily fries. It's just not like it used to... be and that goes for most, not just here. Unfortunately the bathrooms are consistently unkept with the germ blowers and no papertowels. Read more
It's McDonald's. It's pretty much what you expect; nothing fancy but still familiar, especially if you're from out of town and... just passing through. Ordered 2 10-piece nuggets, large fries and large drinks. Nuggets were okay, fries were definitely notfresh but not cold, and the "large" drinks were maybe 20oz. I even asked the guy "are these large?" and he didn't bother torespond. Like, take it and gtfo. Read more
The bathrooms both men's and women's were absolutely filthy you could tell that the bathroom especially the women's hadn't been... clean for quite some time because the mirrors had water stains on them that looked like they were at least a week old. This is the NASTIEST McDs I've ever been too. There's like 10 employees running around like their heads were chopped off. ... Waited almost 10 minutes to place order. Tables and floors were dirty. There was no ice and their ice cream machine wasbroken. (SURPRISE!) Fries were cold and burger was full of onions after requesting no onions. Go somewhere else to eat. Read more
Just curious what's the point of asking what kind of sauce you'd like for an item if it's not included in your order? Cash only... no problem but then no receipt on top of that, cannot prove what you ordered or what you were charged. Close it down, let thebusiness go to a place where patronage is appreciated.
