Starbucks is consistently out of Sugar Free Vanilla lately. That?s the only sugar free option, since they got rid of the other... SF options. They need to bring back the SF cinnamon dolche, or be better at stocking SF vanilla for people that are on a diet ordiabetic. Read more

I am no longer a patron of Starbucks and will not be shopping at any of its locations until Starbucks' employees demands for... wages that reflect a cost of living adjustment and benefits are met. Starbucks' net revenue reached 24.61 billion U.S. dollarsin 2021, reflecting an increase over the previous year's total of 19.61. That's a 5 BILLION dollars increase. Read more

I was passing through probably after the morning rush (around 8:30) on a weekday. There weren't many customers inside, the... drive thru was busy, of course. I've found that these are the times when things tend to fall apart in the for business. Withoutthe fast-paced heart-pumping business to keep things going, people forget things. Not this time ????. Staff greeted me uponentry, even though I first heard to the restrooms. Lol. The person who took my order was courteous and professional. I askedfor a few extras- not something I do often but I had had a rough morning: I asked for my egg bites extra hot (sometimes you geta mouthful of cold egg) and for steamed milk with my tea. I felt like it was high maintenance of me. They did not even blink, thank you! And, voilà, that's what I got! Plus, the person who handed them to me was also lovely. Not in a trying way, but ina 'handing a drink to a friend' way. Small victories on a bad day, man. I'll take em! No, I'm not giving 5 stars because theydid their job, I'm giving 5 stars because they did their jobs exceptionally. Read more

This place gets One Star because they lack customer service. We are traveling from Ca to Mesa Az and needed some coffee for the... road. Granted it's almost 5pm and understand that most people don't drink coffee in the afternoon, but it is a traveling thrutown. We put a mobile order so it would give them time to brew a coffee and we could just pick it up and go. When we get therethe workers are not friendly or ask if we needed help or anything. We waited 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. Mykids wanted a some treats and only when I asked the cashier about our drinks that they gave us one drink (cold drink) that wasmelting. The coffee my husband ordered wasn't even made or anything. They lost the tag!!! It was stuck under the label maker bya dirty dish towel! Tip for these kids..customer service is everything for the owner of thar business. Next time we will go tothe Albertson's that also has a Starbucks in that little town. Read more

Coffee is good but I would watch out for Meagan (the manager). She is not people of color friendly and has made racist remarks... on more than one occasion. I saw the way she treated her black employee. This is not okay Read more

One of the worst Starbucks experiences we?ve ever had. The bathrooms were horrible. It wasn?t busy and the employees were... standing around, so I?m not sure why one of them couldn?t have cleaned up. Also, the music was extremely not family friendly.Tons of curse words and racially inappropriate words. Gave 2 stars because the coffee was good. Do better Starbucks! Read more
