Reviews for Subway in Blythe, CA
We go back and forth between SoCal & the Phoenix area on about a monthly basis. The last four times, we left without buying any... food. Why? Because they didn’t have food we wanted—food that is on their menu. On one hot day, they were out of severalkinds of drinks. Another day, they had no ice. Another time, they were out of Tuna Salad—an integral component of a TunaSandwich! Yet another day, they were out of several sandwich components. I realize that Blythe, CA is out in the middle of thedesert, which might make component acquisition occasionally a problem. But this is becoming a habit at this store. After thelast disappointment, we started to look for alternative subway stores. It turns out that there are other Subway stores in TruckStops in Ehrenburg and Quartzsite, Arizona, both within 25 miles, and right off the I-10. The Blythe doesn’t have a shortageof employees at lunchtime. So the problem seems to be on a managerial level. This store needs a managerial review by uppermanagement. Read more
I get that when your from a small town and know everyone you give 5 stars because you know them, so from some one who is not... from here I will be honest. Today 11/1/22 at 8:30pm I went in a girl and a guy was working, I ordered 2 kids meal and 2sandwiches and I forgot my drinks and chips for the kids meal they refused to give them to me, then I called to get corporatesnumber and I was called stupid by the girl when I was upset because my food feel apart and I paid for it on top of not gettingwhat I ordered. It took a lot to talk to them because I have anxiety and depression she really made me feel so bad, hurt. This time we went we got horrible service, one of the staff was upset and looked like she had a ruff day, moping face never a... smile, she looked so fed up. Its like its not my fault...please don't take it out one the rest of us...the other employee blesshis heart tried his best to be as helpful as possible, looked like he was new, didn't know very much but he tried his best andhe at least gave us good customer service. Good: Seems clean, and staff is professional, and kind. Poor: We stayed while on a leisure trip, so didn't intend to use alarm... clock. As it turned out, alarm went off at midnight, and all my sleepy eyes could find was the snooze button. Housekeepingshould turn off all alarms by default. Even when fully awake, neither my wife nor myself couldn't find an "Alarm Off" button. Iended up just unplugging the clock, so we could get some sleep. Also, we were on the "View" side of the hotel. But the windowswere so dirty, we could hardly see the view. Read more
Great subway! Came in with my family of five. Our sandwiches were done and we were eating at our table in less than 5 minutes.... The ladies bathroom was out of order so I had to take my three young daughters into the men’s room, but was happy to discoverit was both a “onesie” with a locking door and super clean! Great stop for our rest stop! Read more
A little dirty. Tables and restrooms hadn't been touched for awhile. The service was nice and good...hence the 4 star rating
Subway is always delicious. Staffs are very nice, inside restraint and restroom are very clean.
Wow, the current reviews are real. I just stopped by to grab a sandwich at 6:20 when they close at 10:00 and they're out of... bread. Like, all bread. Maybe prep and stretch some more in the mornings so you can actually make money for your store? I don'tknow, just a thought. It would've been nice if they offered an item from the salad menu.
