I came in and was greeted immediately! The environment is family oriented. Miss Tavyan suggested many options that all sounded... delicious! The lot was clean, the inside was clean, even the restrooms smelled good and were cleaned properly! I hadn?t beentreated with such care visiting a fast food restaurant in many years! Zaxbys food fries is tasty. But their workers lawd.... service is awful... I mean every one I have been to. From Mississippi to... Arkansas. Horrid and never get my order correct. Luckily have learned to order to get most of what I ask for. But Luckily forthem I'm addicted to their fries and tangy mustard sauce and wings and we don't have a zaxby where I live. Read more

The food was good the customer service was horrible. I ordered my drink with no ice. The employee opened the drink and poured... the drink out the drive thru window splashing red fruit punch all over the car. There is no excuse for that type of behavior. Iwish I got her name. From Missouri and was passing by on a road trip and haddd to stop. The drive thru was long so I went in. Staff members were ok... with their attitudes. It took about 15mins not long wait.
