The 2 ladies working acted like it was a bother to do what they get paid to do. Bothered because I ordered 4 donuts at 6:44 pm,... they close at 8pm. Then got upset that I asked for a receipt because the girl went to the back without giving me it. Since whenpeople can't be nice to customers and get their receipt. Wow. Won't be going there again. It was my second time visiting the drive thru at this location. It was 10am and they were already out of every kind of donut.... The manager was rude and unprofessional. She took my order wrong and all the drinks came out messed up. On top of that we waitedover 40 mins in the drive thru 20 for the car in front of us and 20 for us. They gave everything but one coffee the managerdisappeared from the window and a young man came by 15 mins later and asked what I was waiting for so I told him and it was madejust sitting on the counter. Always a great place to shop. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Prices aren't bad. They aren't as reasonable as Walmart. But... I'm backing away from Walmart. Not giving China anymore of my money. Walmart IS China. So I'm at Kroger alot more. All acrossAmerica. Read more

Everytime I go here it seems as though the employees don't want to be there. When I order you can barely hear them because they... speak so low and unhappy. When I get to the window I get a discontented "it's gonna be $$". Then handed my order. I never geta hello, how are you, have a good day.... I always say hi and tell them to have a great day. I have worked in customer serviceand even on my worst days I made sure to put on a smile. My visits to this location are few and far between, but after today itwill be not at all. Read more
Stopped to grab some coffee with my S/O on May 6, 2022 at 6:00PM. The young lady with the glasses that took our order was very... kind, sweet and quick. I wish i could individually give HER personally 5 stars. The reason I?m only giving two stars is becauseher two co-workers were literally making her do ALL the work while they just stood there and gossiped with each other.
