I ordered delivery and the wrong pizza came to my home. I called and spoke to a young lady who shared she would put me down for... a credit. I called the next day and the manager with the worst customer service told me he would not be able to deliver my pizzaafter the credit was applied. He could not give me a reason why. I asked for a refund and he told me he couldn't give me one. SoI asked him to provide me with his regional managers information. He proceeded to tell me he could not give me her information.So to my understanding Papa John's has took my money and denied me access to a refund and to speak to the regional manager. Iwill be contacting the corporate office and this establishment needs new management. This treatment is beyond unacceptable andshould not be tolerated. Worst food EVER,this place has ghetto food and the owners pay very little money .I will never work for this company again,... ENJOYING my job as a bounty hunter. I ordered two pizzas and one had no cheese. They undercooked it! The dough was squishy, stuck to the bottom of the box and was... still a bit malleable. I did the survey, once on my own and once from the email link sent, and spoke toDaniel, the generalmanager. Despite the pictures i sent, Daniel was adamant that there is no way my pizza is raw because of how hot their ovens run( 500F). Even so, pictures dont lie and neither do my eyes. If I could give a lower review I would. We ordered at 4:42 pm, a forty dollar order. At 8:00 we started calling to inquire about... why our order had not been delivered, no one would answer the phone. At 9:00 we had to send someone to the physical location torequest a refund. Their pizza is amazing, IF you can get it to your front door. Insanely poor customer service. I will not orderfrom here again. Update: To further the insanity, there was only one employee working that night. Orders were rolling in and noone was telling the customers that no one was available to deliver. When my husband entered the store they had a hand writtenlist for anyone requesting a refund to write their name and phone number! Where was the manager, owner, anyone?! Order pizza a little before til right around 8pm. Called keep getting auto system. Finally spoke to someone at 9pm who said my... order be here in 26mins. It's 9:48pm and still no call, txt, or answer at place and no pizza only a txt saying out for deliverywhen it was supposed to be here. Read more
I don't know what was different about tonight but I brought home some seriously enjoyable food tonight from here. We... occasionally order from here and it is usually good, but tonight was on another level. We ordered two pizzas and cheese breadwith a few extra sauces. Order was correct and exceptional quality. I ordered cheese sticks and a pizza. When I made it home I was going to heat up the cheese sticks and there was a bug baked into... the bottom. I called the staff on duty and the woman that answered the phone, Von, was very nasty and did not want to refund methe money. They only offered to make me another order. I stated that I did not want another order from this location and I live35 minutes away. When I asked for her name she hung up the phone. I called back a guy named Daniel answered the phone and gaveme her name. He instructed me to send the pictures to his email address. When the email address failed I resorted to file mycomplaint this way and through the Papa John's Customer Service link. Read more
