Worst experience ever. I tried again but after 3 tries . . . nope. My sandwich had so much black pepper I couldn't enjoy it.... Black pepper in heavy amounts can be an irritant. And with the price of gas? Hardly worth going back for. Left a complaint. Havenot heard back. Read more
I had a great tuna fish foot long sandwich which was definitely fresh and the tuna fish was not watered down All in all an... excellent sandwich. I am pleased to see that despite the revamp menu the tuna fish is still available since it seems to sitbetter with me than some of the meat choices. I wouldn?t leave any stars because the place showed me no respect only because I asked for no bacon on my sub. The two female... workers had very unacceptable attitudes. We got into an heated argument about the bacon because after I refused for the bacon togo on my sub my order than $5 extra dollars. So now, she want me to pay $20 for a sub, chips, and drink. I was very unaware thatthe workers have the power to charge whatever they want. Definitely give me scammers vibes. I called the manager, who came tothe window with a mouth full of tobacco????. I explained to him what happened and he refused to serve me. We had words betweenus and he came outside and threatened to hit me. Very big mistake..I told him that I would contact a higher power but he saidthat it was his store. The kiosk did was not working correctly so I asked the lady at the window if I could order there . She said no, come inside. I... replied ? never mind? and started to drive off when she yelled out of the window?f?k you!? Sadly this location is understaffed and overwhelmed. I was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes after placing my order. Then... I went inside to see what was going on. Instead of receiving any form of apology or a thank you patience, I was greeted by asmart mouth person behind the counter telling me I did not any right to be frustrated. I ordered two subs (term id: 2/a-385973, host order Id: spm20220531030644, served by: 9179 @ 3:06:34 pm) and they were both... wrong. Both subs were missing things. I called the store and told them I would bring my sub back to the store and show them itwas wrong. Instead of helping me, she argued with me and told me I was wrong that they were made correctly. This is far fromthe first time my food has been incorrect at this location. However this is the first time that they have ARGUED with me, evenwith me offering to bring the sub back. This store is by FAR the worst subway I have ever ate at. Every time they are eithermissing items or it was just made totally wrong. The ONLY time I have received the right food, it was three high school kidsthat served me. And HATS OFF TO THEM! It?s sad that a couple kids can run a store better than any adult I?ve ever got food from,that was serving there. If I could give this place and overall score less than I did, I would. Read more
Inflation much!???? 12" sandwiches cost about $1.00 to $2.00 more at the Blythewood location. Save some money by driving to the... Killian location at Exit 22. My first visit. I walked in for a sub. It was clean and I was given a nice greeting; however, they were busy from drive thru.... The workers had on gloves but were touching oven handles and drive thru receipts with the same gloves on. They never changedgloves. I love Subway but definitely won?t return to one with a drive thru.
