The food was what you would expect form Burger King, but the store and tables were clean. The kids play area is really nice.
I'm a fan of the drive-through. I order, pull around, pay and get my freshly made Whoppers or Big Kings of both and fries so hot... I need to let them cool a bit so I can eat them! The service and wait time is much better since this last spring. They wereunderstaffed (not their fault) like many places. Read more
I just experienced a really good visit at the Boardman location by Antones with one of the nicest employees I've have ever met... named skyler, she was not only very friendly and polite, but was very courteous and was very polite and had manners! After our order, during payment, we asked for 2 water cups. The lady replied with a sour tone ?really!?? I decided I no longer... wanted water and we left. We were trying to be polite the entire time. Read more
Jane and Jake made our night. Perfect and delicious. First, we went to the Boardman location near Rt. 224 and Southern. Our... experience was terrible. The man on the other end of the speaker told us to only tell him ". . . what food [we] want . . . "and not ask any questions. So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for nearly ten minutes at the drive throughwhile the employees were just talking. They didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting. We asked if anyone was there, andthe woman replied that she would let us know when she was ready. So we left there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutesprior to BK closing for the evening. We called the Canfield location. Jane was very kind and apologized for our experience. She took our order over the phone and dropped it fresh for us. Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect. Their spicy chicken sandwich is excellent. I ordered 2 a few evenings back, and was asked to pull forward to wait. After waiting... roughly 10+ minutes, I went back through the drive thru and reminded the staff that they had forgotten my order. They wereextremely apologetic & professional about the matter. They also threw in 2 orders of fries and a drink due to the mishap. Icertainly plan to go back in the future for this sandwich delight. Read more
Not good! Unfortunately only one person was working both drive thru and front counter. Backed up drive they and long line inside... ti just wait a very long time to be told the one and only thing I was ordering was broken. The shake machine.
