This review is just about curbside. Everything is always good when we eat in. Ordered curbside so I wouldn?t have to get my kids... out of the car to pick up dinner. When I got there the side of the parking lot for curbside was closed for paving. Called thestore and was told curbside was closed today cause of the paving and I had to come in to get the food. Went into the store withmy kids and was told at the hostess stand I had to walk through the restaurant to the back to pick up my curbside order. Theyweren?t busy and I?m shocked this was the plan and no one could bring the order at least to the stand. I won?t order curbsidehere again. Read more
It's very disappointing to order your family take out after a long day of work only to get home and find out your order is very... wrong. Instead of a burger with no pink with cheddar cheese, you have a sloppy burger with the works including red onions, smdh.You call about the mistake and get told the situation will be resolved on your next visit so you give them another opportunityto make it right, but as you tell the manager your story and that this happened before, now your made to feel as if your acharity case and no free replacement of your sloppy food!! Once is a mistake but twice, your just being careless. These are $11and $12 burgers. I'm very disappointed but my search will continue. Read more
Very limited menu, at least compared to what it was used to be, quite expensive, we had to pay almost 6 dollars for a basket of... chips and salsa, which were advertised as free, extremely loud music and very bad service, the waitress never showed up while wewere having lunch, for a soda refill we had to ask to a cook who was passing by! Too bad, Chili's was used to be our favoriterestaurant when we were living in Arizona and then in Maryland but here in Boardman... better forgetting about it. The only goodthing was that while in Baltimore the waiting line was for at least one hour here we didn't have to wait at all: the restaurantwas almost empty ( Sunday lunch) and now we know why! Worst service. Our server only checked on us one time. We had to find her to request more chips and drinks. She was texting... instead of see if we needed anything. We always stop here when we are in Boardman. The atmosphere has changed and the food wasok at best. Last time we eat at the location. When we entered the restaurant our greater seemed put out to seat us. Read more
Amazing food and wonderful servers....I returned to this restaurant years later and the food is still delicious. I'm just sad... that the street corn doesn't taste as good as I remember. Still delicious nontheless. Read more
