It?s been years since I?ve been here. My grandson and I went mid week around 4pm. Great time to go. Not very busy so he could go... game to game quickly. It does add up quickly and I did not bother to compare packages. We also did not eat. Prizes are meh butat least you don?t have to carry around a bag of tickets. Took my daughter here for the first time since Covid and such. The place was very clean, food and salad bar was delicious and... fresh, atmosphere was amazing too!!! My daughters 4th bday was awesome, Thank You!!! It was soooo cool to her that she asked ifwe could go back the next day!!! Lol Read more
New review: Still have good pizza. The play area has a good selection for all ages. And the prices to play the games with the... play cards is excellent it?s also a great feature they added where the tickets you win go straight on your play card. Security/safety is excellent you can relax while your child has fun. However We did get a birthday cake that was really dry it tastedlike it may have been outdated or over baked. Also I liked the coupons better although the reward system is a nice feature I?dstill like to have the coupons. The restaurant including restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall 4 stars and will continue tovisit as long as children are young. Read more

I had my sons 6th birthday party here and even he said it was the best! The whole experience was top rate because of Beth our... host. She was AMAZING! Her hospitality, patience, kindness is was really stood out the entire time! She interacted with theentire party ensuring we were taken care of! I just want to give her 20 stars. Literally the best service I have received inyears as far as customer service! I would recommend that location just because of her. Thank you Beth for your kindness. "Where a kid can be a kid" & this particular establishment embodies that ideology to the fullest. From the sporadic flashing... lights emitted from the multitude of games to the music & sounds that induce a feeling of wonderment & energy, Chuck E. Cheesehas entertainment unlike any other. In regards to the food, this place could most certainly be considered the zenith of pizzashops. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Courtney, an extremely friendly, courteous, smiling door guard that stampedthe hand of every group going in & checked the stamps of every group going out as to ensure the safety of all guests. Herattention to detail & joyous persona made me think her mental fortitude is unshakable. On that note, the General Manager, Rocco,is an excellent role model for those working with him. This place was my first job in 2008 & he was a Manager then. Hiscommitment to having a happy staff & even happier guests is what I believe has kept this particular business not only thrivingbut meeting & exceeding customer expectations to maintain its success. Chuck E Cheese is a Brand name business and first class organization. They have for years been a place that you can take your... kids for an amazing time... im lying if I say that I was not playing games and having a blast myself. It's like Toys R US. Youdon't want to grow up :)... the games are great, the prizes are good.. The food has changed from the amazing pizza it once had.Not a real fan of the thin pizza they give you now. The change from coins to card and a token tracker instead of carrying aroundthe having cups of coins to hold is genius. This gives you a time limit that you can also pauae the time once to stop and eat.Overall it's a fun time and I would say highly recommended for a family night of fun. Its not to pricey as well. We haven't been here in a while and I am very surprised by the changes. My daughter and I visited and ordered the pizza and... cheesy breadstick package. They handed us a buzzer . When our pizza was ready they told us to get our pizza from the pick uparea . At the pick up area there were no trays or anything just our hot pizza and bread sticks in the window. My daughter triedto carry the bread sticks and almost dropped it because the pan was too hot. The pizza pan I was carrying was so hot it ended upsliding off the tray and all over my shirt.....I understand staffing issues but this was ridiculous. There were 4 -5 peoplebehind the counter and atleast 4 working the floor. Also, how about putting some plastic trays there to carry the food on sopeople don't get burned. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen from someone getting burned. Read more
