Went on a Friday evening and got carryout. Staff was friendly. However when we got home and opened our orders, all 4 sandwiches... had absolutely NO meat or cheese on any of them, despite being charged extra. Food would be great if the service was literally ever accurate. They make my sandwich wrong every single time I am there. It... shouldn?t be such a big deal to remove tomatoes and onions and double the meat but for some reason they treat it like rocketscience. To spend $20 on a meal for one person I would like it to be accurate. Or at least the workers be polite when I bring itto their attention and ask them to remake it. Their service is the worst. Literally every worker I?ve met has an attitudeproblem. I know the workers don?t care that they are losing my entire family as customers but I hope their owner does. Read more

My sub was SO DELICIOUS!! The ingredients were fresh. Bread was fresh. Sub was made so GOOD! Very friendly and courteous staff.... Very clean place. Great place. This is one of my favorite submarine shops, so when one opened locally we were pretty happy. They were friendly and... fast and the subs were delicious. Both the chicken bacon and the prime rib. Hands down the best of all the chain type sub shops. Read more
