I am not one to bash a "local" buisness But the service I received at Hot Heads on Boardman Canfield Rd, Across from Meijer is... the worst I have experienced in a long time. Started on Wednesday @ approx 7:25 pm I stopped in to buy 3 bowls, which cost me$35.85. When I purchased these bowls in the past from Hot Heads the bowls where full bowls. Yesterdays bowls where half full Iwas like wow cutting back are you and I was told yes. It did not seem right to me It felt and looked more like they where low sothey had to skimp and stretch they stuff. I Called the store manager this morning and she said no the bowls should have beenfull. She offered to comp me ONE "Free" bowl. I said it is a little comp considering I spent $35.85. I accepted it and she saidjust stop in and tell them your name and it will be on the house. Well I went out of my way made a special trip to get thecomp. I ordered my bowl and when it was done I told the I have a comp from yesterday and Benjamin said you have your receipt Itold him all I was told is to give my name no one ever said bring your receipt which I did have at home. He refused to comp mybowl and offered to sell it at 10% off. I asked him to call the manager I spoke with he refused. I asked for a number to themain office he refused, I asked for the number for district manage he refused. POOR POOR POOR customer service. Good way toloose customers. Read more
Customer service is everything. The girl behind the counter made me feel unwelcome. While making my burrito it's obvious the... ingredients come straight out of a can. So glad the customer service was horrible enough to make me question the food too. Love the food and burritos, when they are made right. Latley when I get a burrito the employees have been skipping steps. When I... order my meat spicy, instead of mixing the meat with the spicy sauce they have just been putting the meat on the burrito thenthe spicy sauce over top. It honestly ruins it for me. When they do it right it's perfect but latley I feel like they have beenbeing lazy and I've been disappointed. Read more
We were taking advantage of their buy one get one deal, we had a lot of food to order and they messed up the billing. We brought... it to their attention and they fixed it right away. Very friendly, and helpful, the food tastes like every other Hot Heads, butthe staff was excellent. Read more
I can't say enough good things about Hot Heads. I absolutely love the food and the prices are fair. The employees are always... nice and able to answer any questions you might have about the food. I think this place has much better food than Chipotle.Highly recommended to anyone who wants to grab a quick bite of Mexican food! Read more
Hot Head is quickly becoming one of my favorite places for lunch. I find the flexibility to customize a burrito or a bowl to be... a real plus for this restaurant chain. The food is consistent, hot (heat), and can be a spicy or mild as you like. Withapologies to Emeril Lagasse, I wish they had the ability to kick it up a notch, but will have to live with this minor spicedisappointment. While you are there, grab yourself one of their points / rewards card. And watch the size of those burritos. Asyou can see in the picture, they get very big very quickly. Read more
Food is reasonably priced and filling. Lots of variety. Mexican basis similar to Chipotle. Very clean and staff was super... efficient. Bowls are big enough that my husband and I always split one with new toppings every time. Read more
It's exactly what you're expecting, Luke warm food, better flavour than Chipotle, there's a light so you can left turn.
