I don't recommend coming here if you like eating in a clean environment. The lobby was filthy and crayons were all over the... waiting area for someone to slip on. The dining room area floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in a very long time. WhenNancy our waitress came to take our order she was anything BUT courteous. We felt as if a drill sergeant was taking our order.The kitchen and wait staff were yelling and all over place. When our order came to the table it was wrong. I finally spoke withBruce the manager concerning this whole ordeal. He was very pleasant and conducted himself in a professional manner. However, he needs to address the cleanliness of his restaurant and the atmosphere. Read more
The customer service is horrible, we went here to eat and noticed that a lot of people were seated on the same side. We didn?t... want to be seated in close proximity of a bunch of people so we asked to be seated on the other side of the restaurant thehostess said she doesn?t have any waitresses over there. It wasn?t too much for us to be on the other side and a waitress towalk 20 feet over and take care of us. Instead they would rather lose customers and refused to seat us where we asked, so weleft and went somewhere else. So I?m just saying that the customer service is definitely not priority here. New York cheesecake pancakes.... Amazing! No syrup needed. Everything was prepared properly, and tasted great. The staff was... polite. I did have to ask for more sugar twice and would have had another cup of coffee (I drank 2 cups) if it were offered, orat least checked on by the waitress, but neither happened. It was still a good meal, reasonably priced, and a comfortableatmosphere. Read more
Horrible, we came in with only two tables occupied and still waited nearly 10 minutes before a cook had to tell the waitress to... come seat us. The workers were very kind but the food was horrible. The restaurant was not busy at all but still waited an hourfor our food and it was cold, poorly made, and we were given plastic eating Utensils. I believe this comes from lack oftraining. Our waitress asked the cook if he knew how one of our meals. This review has nothing to do with the waitress or otherkind workers but I don't recommend. Read more
Apparently iHop is running a new thing called Thrilled Cheese? We ordered off of Doordash. $45 plus a 10 dollar discount. The... food smells like nursing home food. We got 2 tablespoons of mac and cheese. I called iHop to complain because this is anirrational amount even for my toddler. The lady said that is the portion size and anyone who calls to complain is welcome tocome and get more. A general portion size should not be this small. I specifically had food delivered and spent that much moneybecause I have a lot of family issues going on, no I do not want to drive 25 minutes away to get more food that I should havegot in the first place. Our family went to celebrate a special occasion it was great the service the food. No wait time
So just don't go here. It was not busy when we walked in ( maybe 6 total tables ), they have people walking around not doing... anything, dirty tables and it took over 30 minutes for us to give our order and over an hour to just get food. The table we satnext to had dirty dishes on it from before the time we sat down to when we left. The only redeeming qualities were the foodbeing good and our server was extremely nice and I felt bad that she and one other server were the only two working. I don'tknow if this was an off day for them but not a very good experience. Read more
