I swear every time I go to this location for breakfast something goes wrong. I asked for an extra syrup they say it's in the... bag. Once you get to the office it's only one. Not that hard if you just listen. This has happened several times. Check your bageven if they say it's there. Read more
They need to do a better job cleaning their lobby when you walk in it smells dirty. The floors are slippery and greasy almost... fell while waiting to order my food. Most of the tables were dirty and you could see smear marks like they were cleaned with adirty rag. Read more
Ordered almost 40$ in food for us & our children, the large fry?s looked like a small in a large container, didn?t put bacon on... the bacon quarter pounder, forgot the chicken nuggets for the happy meal, shorted us a chicken sandwich and when we drove 10mins back to the location they say wowww. ??????????? I?ve never had a good experience at boardman nor Youngstown McDonald?s.They are always so rude and always mess up our orders. Read more
If your going to hire kids to run your restaurant than atleast hire intelligent ones with a brain. We were the only person in... the drive thru and had to bring the order in because it was wrong then they couldn't understand why we had to go in, needless tosay we did not get our food. Read more
I love the lobby eating area here. They need to get better for people that order online though. Someone almost did not get their... meal in front of me because the people there said it did not go through on their end. Other than that no problems here. MostMcDonald's cannot get an order right. Every time they get it wrong. This one is always on the ball. Even though it looks reallyghetto, and really dim lighting outside. They do not even have the Big McDonald's arches out front, or a bill board. Read more
Staff was super quick and friendly. However, i did find some discoloration on my sandwich.
Mcdonald's at the corner of 224 and Market St. is hands down the worst Mcdonald's in the Valley. They cannot get an order... right, possibly because they are grossly understaffed. The staff that is there is impolite, again, possibly because they arealways grossly understaffed. And the wait is horrible. I have tried several repeat visits, each with the same outcome. I don'tneed to repeat my own mistakes. McD's South Ave. and Midlothian, and Belmont are faster, and more accurate and friendly. Thankful for options. Take the few extra minutes and find a different location. (update Dec 15 2021): Got a doublecheeseburger which was only a single and a half burger (see pic) and three different beverages were all flat. Still not worthit. Read more
