After being seated in the bar area at 7:20 pm, we were visited by a server 10 minutes later. The bar tender came up while we... were waiting 5 minutes for our drinks because she didn't see anyone helping us. We sat there for another 15 minutes until themanager came over and took our order. He apologized and offered to give us 10% off our meal. We waited another 30 minutes forthe food to come out. Our entire meal was cold including our steak that was over cooked, and didn't come out as ordered. At thispoint I was over the entire experience and walked out. I can understand having a busy night but it was not and to serve coldfood on top of that, there is no excuse. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here. Picking up a Door Dash order there was a wait, but I had a huge order. Staff was very busy. They were fast, efficient and... friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. The food was cold the strawberry cheesecake was nasty the texture was like wet sand and the taste was like instant potato flakes... and water there was no flavor. The baked potato looked like it was rolled in salt it was so gross, I ordered a gallon ofunsweetened tea and got sweet so I couldn't drink it not to mention the coleslaw it was good but didn't have any slaw sauce. Andthe macaroni was stone cold and half cooked The catfish nuggets were wonderful tho I expected a fillet not nuggets but the tasteof the catfish was fantastic the breading was perfect that is the only thing that tasted good. I would rate the food a C- or aD- at best overall I am however being generous with two stars because the food was made on time and I did receive everything Iordered it was just unsatisfying overall. Not great. Over the past couple years we've seen a decline in quality here. We once loved this place. My wife didn't like her... food. Her carmalized onions in her steakhouse smashed potatoes were raw. My food was ok overall. My French Silk pie hadcrumbles of crust and what looks like chocolate pudding (I'm including a picture of how it was received). Read more
Was seated in a timely fashion. Food was delicious and well prepared. Waitress made several "newbie" mistakes that I spoke with... management about to find out it was not waitresses errors but restaurant was understaffed and waitress had way too many tablesspread all over the restaurant. Management apologized for the inconvenience and poor service plus tested us to desert on him. Hecorrected the situation and welcomed us back to give them another chance. Being the Peach Chutney was so wonderful, I have noother choice but to go back again. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Read more
Went for early dinner with 4 people was seated right away in the bar area . Our waiter took our drink order fairly quick . We... ordered appetizers first and they came out fairly quickly and were good . We did have to ask for straws and extra napkins a fewtimes because our waiter was kinda nonexistent and his helper gave us a few things. We ordered food next and it took a bit butwe did have a grilled pork chop . Food came out and looked as expected. Started to eat my pork chop and it was not fully cookedtold the waiter and he told the manager right away and she was super great and offered another one and took it off my check. Great restaurant. The young lady who waited on our table was very attentive and friendly. Food came out timely, everything was... delicious, and cooked perfectly. Just loved the hot, fresh dinner rolls. Had the loaded potato skins and fresh baked pretzelsticks for appetizers and recommend both. We will certainly be returning. Read more
Waited for long time to get drinks and dinner other people that came in after us w were done and gone ordered steak and salmon... steak was under cooked salmon was over cooked husbands garlic shrimp pasta was under cooked be awhile before we go back sad tosay last 4 times hasn't been a nice experience Read more
