Let me tell you the food is amazing here. We love steak and shake and wish they had one in PA. Nothing like having steak burgers... and I get the garlic one which taste great. The fries are smaller but good as well. At this place makes sure you ask for thedipping sauce you want. They are pretty quick and friendly here as well. A half hour waiting for food when the place is very obviously not busy. We had to self order and pay at a kiosk too.. so all... they had to do was cook it and call out our number. I don't know why it is.. but we've had a lot of bad experiences at Steak nShake at many different locations. It would seem they go out of their way to hire the worst staff. Not the same restaurant as before Covid, but the workers are friendly & helpful. You place your own orders into a touch... screen, but my hands don't register. The waitress helped me put the order in then checked in during our meal to confirm allwas right. She even bussed our table for us. Read more
